I completed the online app late one day and promptly received a call from their office the next day. A service call appointment was made for the following day and Jared and another friendly young man showed up right on time. They were both friendly, professional and efficient in asking questions and in determining what it would take to hook up what I needed. They provided excellent instructions, answered all my questions and put everything back before they left. Very knowledgeable respectful young men, whom NEMR should be proud to have in their employ. The service staff at the office are equally pleasant and took great care to provide explanations about their services.

There's still down time, but I expect that of all internet companies. Most of the time, fixing it is as simple as rebooting the router. I just appreciate being able to reach a local guy without going through the headache of listening to an automated help service. I also appreciate that they're not one of the major companies trying to screw over people and I think they'll be dedicated to net neutrality no matter what happens.

I cancelled my service 2 days into a billing cycle and they charged me for the entire month. I returned 2 routers and they charged me for one that was "dirty". 5 months after a service call they billed me $200. with my monthly bill without notifying me. If you need internet service and SPECTRUM is available in your area, I would highly recommend SPECTRUM!
