Sam helped my uncle make his existing personal phone more user-friendly and checked to see if there was a cheaper plan for my husband and I. He gave us all the discounts we qualified for in terms of accessories and plans. His approach was consultative rather than pushy, which was refreshing. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!
