total scam... I have…read morea cracked screen ipad mini...called the for a price and was told $110 dollars and would take 1 hour. Was also told that I could stand around and wait and watch. I got there...guy looked at the device and said yah no problem! The he put it in a drawer and locked it up!!!!!!!!! I asked when he was going to fix it because I was going to wait and he said it would be 2 hours. I asked why....he said that he had to go over there for awhile....pointing past me. He said I could not stay there and watch him. Something weird is going on....I demanded my ipad back....he didn't want to give it to me but he unlocked the drawer and said the delay was because he was working on an iPhone that he pulled out of the drawer.....HUH??? Just BEWARE....SOMETHING is going on

Find someone else to fix your phone! These people are CROOKS! My daughter's iPhone screen was…read morecracked and we took it here to get it fixed. I paid $120 for the repair and $40 for a glass screen protector. He told me that if anything went wrong with the phone, to bring it back and he would repair it for free. We took the phone back because it stopped working. He said that he couldn't fix it because the problem was coming from "inside of the phone" and when we reminded him that he told us about the warranty he gave us the previous week, he said that he could fix it but it would be $100. When we told him that we weren't paying another $100, he reluctantly said he could repair it for $80. We ended up getting her phone replaced. Remember the $40 glass screen protector? We ended up replacing her phone and when we removed the screen protector, we discovered that it is plastic, not glass. Again, these people are CROOKS!
