The City of Columbia checked the line and confirmed the issue was still on my side, meaning the line was never fully cleared. I reached out to the company several times, but they stopped responding. I haven't been able to shower or do laundry for days. Any reputable drain company offers a callback/warranty, especially when the problem returns this quickly. Instead of fixing their incomplete work, they left me with the same issue and no communication. This has been extremely stressful and unsanitary, and I've received no support or follow-up. I hope they do the right thing and correct this, but as of now I cannot recommend them.

He installed a new drop in sink for us back in January as well as a filtration faucet and a main kitchen faucet. Good communication throughout his process and if he needed an extra part, he would give us a heads up ahead of time. Recently, our main faucet had begun leaking and flooded our countertops and under sink. Wenger plumbing helped us diagnose the problem and they took care of it within a timely manner despite their swamped schedules. Very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend this company. When amounts have commas in it I like to make sure I'm not getting ripped off. Ryan comes over I explain the situation I was having. He went through what he would look for and why he was doing it. It took him 3 seconds to find an issue with plumbing work I already had done. The brand new pipe that the other company had installed was not even attached!! He told me to call them up and I did. I was Out of my element with this request!! Well truth be told I was scared because they see people who don't know anything About plumbing a mile away!! Same way at the car dealership when you get your car worked on!! Ryan took over like we were family. He told them they had to make it right. He said you could see the pipe was not attached and you just left it. He handled them like a pro. Actually thought I was watching a superhero movie!! I will tell you right now if you go dollar general and buy a washcloth and it breaks down in a month or so then you have to go buy another, but if you spent a little more and bought a better washcloth and it lasts for years, you got your money's worth. I went out to take a picture of how deep it was and was told the porch was compromised since they had removed dirt from under wooden porch. So they took a picture. They finished, said they would be back to smooth the huge pile of dirt out and put grass seed down. The biggest thing is they didn't put much dirt back under the wooden porch. Is it still compromised? Could very well be. They refuse to come back and finish the job. They certainly don't follow thru but were very thorough about making sure they get paid. Find someone else!
