damaged My phone While they were doing a screen replacement on my Iphone 13 mini. It started…read morepowering off when opening apps after they put the new aftermarket screen on. I took my phone back in and they tried with another screen and still the same result Mindy I had only gone in and asked for a screen replacement in my phone was working fine other than that all of a sudden after they take my screen off and put an aftermarket one on my phone no longer works properly and then I requested that they leave the screen that they originally compromised my phone with on so I could take it to another store so they could fix the screen and now the power issue. Instead of leaving the screen they messed up with and giving me a refund. they insisted that there's no way they're techs anything Wrong when very clearly my phone wasn't functioning as they did the screen replacement. All they did was money back and shoot me out the door they did nothing wrong which just doesn't add up. I do not recommend coming here even while I was multiple people had issues with their products. They had us take the Xbox to the store where their advanced repairs are handled and fixed it properly at no additional charge. They also assured me that they would be training staff better so as not to improperly blame customers for damages. Original review: About three months ago, they "repaired" my son's Xbox by replacing the HDMI port. Unfortunately, they failed to secure the port. The reason I know this is that when it failed again and we took it back for repair under their warranty, they claimed that the port was "ripped off the motherboard." After receiving the Xbox from them the first time, we exercised the UTMOST care with that port and didn't even move the console after plugging it in. The only way that port could have been ripped off the motherboard is if it hadn't been secured properly in the first place.

Have an appointment? No problem... they will see you an hour or more after that time. No…read moreappointment, screw off........ Last month I had an appointment for my MacBook Air to get looked at because it wasn't charging and I've had it looked at 4 other times for the same issue when I lived in California. Was over an hour after my appointment time sitting there waiting to be seen. They used a few different chargers and cords to see if they could get it to charge. Turned out my battery was going bad and my charge port was bad. They said I needed to call Apple back to see what the solution was. So was a waste of 1.5 hours drive, then 2.5 hours there, then 1.5 hours drive home. Apple told me I would get a replacement within 2 weeks... a month later my laptop with boxes opened randomly showed up on my porch when there was no tracking info after Fedex dropped this off randomly at someone down the street. So today, we had an appointment at 2:45pm for them to look at my daughter's computer and see if they have a replacement charge port to be replaced. We came in first thing in the morning to see if they could look at it now and also I mentioned what was going on with my computer. I asked them if they can check if this is MY computer or if someone put their computer in the box and took my new one since both boxes were open. Nope. They wouldn't give us the time of day. They said I needed to make an appointment to check and that we had to come back for her appointment. I told them that in Cali I have done a walk in numerous times with no issues and they looked at it right away. Nope, they could care less. After this Apple had called me saying they still hadn't heard from Fedex on where my computer was. I told the guy I received a computer and it took him a whole 10 seconds to verify using the serial number that this indeed was my computer. But pathetic that the Apple Store was oh so inconvenienced to take 10 seconds out of their time to check. Especially since they had probably about 30 or more employees just hanging out around the store.

I've stopped by this store several times over the past few months for a mix of reasons, and it's…read moreusually a solid experience with helpful employees and a clean, well-stocked store. Today was a very different experience. I was greeted by a woman with long dark hair, and she was the complete opposite of what I've come to expect here. My Razr phone overheated on the charger and the screen died. I had already placed a warranty exchange over the phone, but when I came in today I was told the model was backordered. Since that was the case, I figured I'd look into upgrading instead. She refused to even check. Even after I explained that I was already told an upgrade was possible, she insisted the only option was to buy a new phone, add a new line, and continue paying on the broken one. This turned out to be completely untrue. We left and called customer care, and they were able to process the upgrade and fix everything in just a few minutes. My advice is this: the store is usually great, but if you end up with the woman with long, straight dark hair, ask for someone else. My tolerance for confidently delivered misinformation is low, and today was a prime example of why.
