They had my laptop for 5 weeks and never a call or anything. They couldn't fix the issue and wanted to sell me a fix that would have cost as much as a new laptop. One star is entirely too many…read more AT&T customer service is the most incompetent bunch of losers who are completely incapable of listening, incapable of comprehension, and are equally as steadfast in their unwillingness to either do a simple task as they are to transfer a customer to a manager who is just as inept. We spent over 6 hours yesterday trying to get a paid-off phone unlocked so our son can switch providers, which is supposed to be instantaneous and has been with all other carriers, and have been given nothing but a colossal dick around at every level. We were transferred over a dozen times and forced to validate our identity every single time, which is beyond stupid, and the sheer volume and repetition of AT&T incompetence caused so many failed attempts from T-Mobile that a fraud lock was applied. The fraud department was equally inept, and the same credentials that were good enough the first dozen times were all of a sudden not accepted. We learned the next day that the account name that was generated was yet another fuckup by AT&T. The fraud department refuses to help, refuses to transfer to anywhere else, and refuses to supply employee credentials when asked. The next day the phone appeared as unlocked on the app, and we're yet another 2 hours deep into being on hold, transferred to other people who also do nothing productive, and in general dealing with mouth breathing rejects from chinese buffet cashier school who think the name GAGE is pronounced as GOGGY. Calling this unforgivable, incomprehensible shitshow deluxe "customer service" is tantamount to calling Heydolph Shitler "moody" and dealing with them at any level is less pleasant than receiving dry anal sex from a cactus. My only hope is whoever the incompetent prick in charge of that whole division actually gets forced to use his own product, he too has to scream the same thing over and over and over again at truly stupid people with the listening and comprehension skills of Hellen Keller until he too wants to swan dive off the water tower because ending it all is easier than switching providers if you try to leave AT&T, even if you own the phone outright.

Relax! It's just broken!…read more Given that we're all addicted to our phones, it can feel nerve wracking when they're broken. Despite having a great protective case, somehow I dropped my phone the exact right way (or should we say wrong way!) that I ended up cracking the screen. The technician at Fix Plus was able to repair my phone in a jiffy. It looks good as new! While you wait, there's plenty to look at in the store: every kind of phone accessory that you can think of, decorative phone cases, earbuds, headphones shaped like cat ears, Lefufus (yes, those are knock-off Lebubu's) etc., etc., etc. I wish there'd been a place to sit while I waited, but the repair did not take long, so it was fine.
