This morning right after opening at Healthline Paris, I entered to purchase a mask for my CPAP machine. I was the only customer in the building this morning, so the weren't busy at all. I was the only one that needed attention. I was not greeted with a good morning, may I help you, or any kind of greeting by the two girls at their desk whatsoever. I proceeded then to ask the black lady if I could purchase a mask. She asked for my name and DOB and said I'd need to go to my primary care and take the card from my machine to him and get a prescription before one could be obtained. I told her I needed one today if possible for this was Friday and I had to be at dialysis at 10. I told her she was no help and all and told her I would just go to Paris Medical which was out of my network and pay out of pocket which I did. I was greeted as soon as I entered the door with "how can I help you?" Told the clerk I needed a mask for my CPAP, she went and got it, rang me up and I was out in less than 10 minutes. The customer service and lack of friendliness of the two girls up front at Healthline was rude and extremely unprofessional. They were unwilling to be helpful to an in network customer. I later called the manager to complain about the staff up front that represents the business. He assured me he would take care of it. I wrote this review to make sure the owner or the proper personel would offer training to these girls and instruct them to do whatever is necessary to be helpful to the customers of Healthline Paris to prevent this treatment from happening to anyone else. I am a totally dissatisfied customer with the way I was treated this morning. I was hesitant to even give one star rating but I had to in order to post. read more
