When you call for help at night it's the same run around and NO HELP. Then it takes from 3-7 days to get a tech to come check it out. The techs are so nice and fo their best to fix it but then it goes down again. Be smart and DO NOT USE BRIGHTSPEED AS YOUR INTERNET SERVICE for mine is down again in a little over 2 weeks. TMOBILE internet hete I come in the morning. Brightspeed can come get there modem since I hardly get to use their horrible internet service

I tried them for about six months and my internet speed was supposed to be about 200 and it averaged less than 50, plus it kept disconnecting. RUN, don't walk away from Brightspeed/CenturyLink. We were unable to dial 800 numbers, calls would drop, internet would go out everyday two to three times per day, phones would re-boot for no reason. We had multiple businesses indicate they would call our number and the phone would just ring and ring. Later we discovered one thing in common, just like us they too were using Tri-Lakes Internet. We had to threaten cancelation before receiving assistance. Tri-Lakes Internet blamed CenturyTel. CenturyTel came out and proved their service was good. After over a year of unsatisfactory service, we switched providers. When our current provider requested transfer of our phone number, They held our service for two months not allowing us to transfer. Approximately one year later we received a harassing phone call from them informing us of an unpaid balance. This was the first we had heard of this. After switching to our new company, we have not experienced a single problem and we still have CenturyTel as a base provider proving our problems to be a Tri-Lakes Internet system failure.

My aunt who is in her late 70's came into this Branson ATT location to have her phone checked, and…read morethe salesperson named Jordan said he wouldn't assist her because (he said) she wrote some horrible things about his family on facebook (which, if you know my aunt... is not true at all). My aunt was in tears over this accusation, and called us to tell us what happened. She said another person at the store eventually assisted her, but she felt embarrassed and hurt that he accused her of this in front of other customers. I am furious as well that this happened to her and am simply passing this along as she is too soft-hearted to say anything. This is not acceptable and this type of customer service is a liability for any company.
