Y friend went on as soon as she was off of work and even though it was 20 minutes before closing, she would not be able to make it there at any other time nor in the next few days, so she went inside to have her issues resolved. The kids inside were blatantly annoyed they couldn't go home, and the manager didn't make sure we ignored that. Instead, he told my friend to come back another day because everyone is ready to leave. She tried telling him she came make it at another time and he ignored her, going on about how he and his workers should be allowed to go home. These are the type of people in charge of customer service in the future.
