This took place in February or March 2026, and it's now early May, so unfortunately I don't remember the repairman's name, as I would definitely give him kudos for his workmanship & pleasant demeanor. The repairman who came out was very efficient & candid about what had happened & what needed to be done. It ended up being a particular fuse that sat immediately behind the control panel had failed, & it just required replacement. There was an entire litany of things that could've gone wrong with it, & he could've quoted me on several of those things, replaced them & charged me exorbitantly for the parts & labor. But... he did not. He was very honest with me & even educated me a little while he checked other parts ( mainly a different fuse on the back of the oven ) to make sure they were functional before he left. I most certainly would use Adam's Appliance Repair. Unfortunately for Yelp, I won't be needing their services in seeking an appliance repair service company - I've found who I'm sticking with hereafter!!

You gotta have a reliable refrigeration man when you run a grocery store, and Kemper's is nothing if they're not reliable. They are true to their trade, skilled professionals who take pride and diligence in their work.

This greatly affected my budget as We had to eat out (family of 4) for breakfast, lunch, and dinner the entire time because I was told that we had to unplug my refrigerator until the new part came in. With the cost that I spent on the part and the food for the family I could have bought a new refrigerator. Very frustrating. The only redeeming feature is that once I was able to speak with the someone they were kind, but I didn't get a discount for all of my trouble.

His name is Brayden O'donnell. anyways, today I took my granddaughter to the kids work shop at The Home Depot, (keep in mind that the store was full of families and their children) while I was in the store I witnessed something I'd like to share.. There was a gentleman in the store speaking to a manager , he was clearly upset and pretty loud, so loud that I overheard the company he was representing (dependable heating and air conditioning) I noticed the interaction and that was it .... until about 5 mins later when I witnessed this man approach a young lady who is an employee, I am not sure what this disagreement was over , but I do know that the way he was speaking to this young lady was absurd, not only as a business owner but as a man. He approached this woman so aggressively that it made me uncomfortable. He was extremely close and very loud, rude and disrespectful. It was 100% obvious that he was trying to intimidate her. Through the entire altercation this young woman remained calm, kind and professional as he made a complete ass out of himself. It makes me wonder how he speaks to his wife. I like to think that Ada is a place where we value respect, and regardless of what the situation was , the way that this "man" handled it was not only disrespectful but classless. Brayden I hope that you can learn to control your anger and learn to communicate like an adult , IT WILL GET YOU ALOT FURTHER. I'm sure that you didn't realize that multiple people had stopped and witness this , but they did! I would never want to give my business to a company that uses force and intimidation to get their point across..
