Went into the store today and stood at the customer service counter yet because several employees were playing with a baby instead of helping customers. Then I proceeded to the garden center where I loaded two dozen pavers on a cart by myself. When I checked out the really nice cashier asked if I needed help and then called for someone. I pulled my suv to the front of the garden center and sat out there with several people. I finally started loading the pavers myself when the cashier called for a manger for assistance. I didn't hear the managers response but the cashier again called for employees. As I finished loading pavers finally 3 men showed up to help. This store needs to find a manager that can effectively manage their staff. read more

I wish I could say they are neighborhood friendly asked to go inside at 5:55 when they open at 6 am because I will be 45 mins late to work and this is an emergency and it's truly shameful that they used "cash register" as an excuse. I am truly ashamed of how a company like Home Depot has no ethical responsibility to understand that there wasn't a line or anything just me and one other person trying to get to work so we don't miss out on bills food or anything for our families. read more

Super polite staff! had an issue with a toilet, Sarah at the cash register asked if I'd run into Bud when she heard what was up, and she got someone to show me to him. Bud was very knowledgeable, and helped me find something inexpensive that would be most likely to fix my problem, gave me some pointers on use, and informed me when would be a good time to give up and call a professional to avoid causing more damage or wasting time. I felt like i was no longer up you-know-which creek without a paddle. read more

I suppose that I have been in my fair share of Home Depots, and this is a good one! Every Home Depot has polite and helpful people inside that ask if you need assistance, but at this one they really, really mean it. Extra helpful people. Clean and well organized store. This place is a dam joke. No one is in, charge. We paid for items and they sold them when they got to the store. Bunch of scammers. The good reviews are people who know someone that works at the store or that work for home depot, etc. Someone I know used to work there and told me that's how they get their rating up. read more

Most of the time staff is friendly and helpful, asked a lady for price of bulbs in clearance rack because she had a scanner, they came up a penny, she(Paula) took all three off the shelf said I cant sell these for that and walked off after i asked what the price was then after she said I can only sell them for the last price marked. feel like she took them in back for herself probably since she didn't care to do her job and find out a price, isn't that the point of the store, sell products not walk off in the back with them. Then didn't even make it out of the store before more rudeness and just flat ignoring the customer again by the self checkout helper Holly. I had scanned a piece of trim I measured and cut exactly if not a hair under 8ft (carpenters son) I told her it was 8' when it said customer needs assistance, she ignored me and just grabbed the trim went and held it up to a pole with a tape measure on the side of it then walked back and typed in 8 without so much as a word. If its required then say so but don't just ignore the person in front of you and not say a dang word, just walk to the tape measure like Im a liar or something!!! Also the ball bouncing is disruptive and unprofessional, and use something other than a baseball if you're going to throw it at the ground. read more

Cleanest bathrooms in Ada, hands down. I shop here occasionally but this is my #1 poop destination in Ada. I found it by accident a couple of years ago when a poop had me backed in a corner and I didn't know where to go. I had never been to their bathroom so I didn't know what to expect, totally wasn't disappointed. You know how it is- Sometimes you roll the poop dice and you end up with a bad experience, well I rolled the poop dice on this day and it changed my perspective on public restrooms. The restrooms are always clean and always adequately supplied. Heck I've left my own house and drove all the way to Ada just to poop in this store. I totally recommend this place and I give it the coveted 5 commode salute. read more

shop and buy from home depot often. had a few problems with service after the sale. bought an a/c unit that stopped working a couple weeks after i bought it. they have a free exchange/return policy, when i called i was told to call the 800 number for service. manufacturer said home depot should have given me another one!! took 2 month and cold weather was here by the time i get another one read more
