They we're not friendly at all. One of the big shots snapped at an employee about entering my insurance. After getting registered they just walked away from me. I stood thinking they were filling it and finally realized that wasn't happening. As the store emptied of all their customers but me they never indicated they were even working on it. It was the worst experience I've ever had from a business. I finally called my doctor and asked if she could send it somewhere that would fill it.

This last time will be the last time. Late night urgent care visit with my kid. Doctor sent meds in to here because they were the only one open and they wanted her to start taking the meds asap. There was an issue with the sending over the script and the doctors office called the pharmacy directly, and we set there and listen to the phone ring as they ignored the call. Needless to say we were told to check back the following day. This took 30 minutes of our valuable time and made my little girl get sicker waiting on a different pharmacy to be open the next day.

He said he would call the doctor. The next afternoon he said that the doctor didn't call back, and went to call him. I needed to hurry so said I would leave and wait to hear from them. I received a call from them that I missed picking up in time. I called back right away. The tech who answered the phone denied that a new antibiotic had been ordered, and also denied that anyone there had called me. Incredibly frustrating! I later had a voice-mail from the pharmacy pop up that the pharmacist did call at the time before I had called them back. He had finally gotten a new order. Their systems and safety protocols are not working well to allow these issues to happen.

I pulled into the parking lot and couldn't believe there was a parking spot right up front. I generally park to the back for extra steps, but as it was 112 out, and felt like I was stepping into the bowels of hell, I was grateful. The only good thing about the day was that I could feel my fat melting. Lol I walked in and saw there were only two small rows of shopping carts. It's all they need. This store was tiny compared to most and it was so refreshing! There was like no one there even though it was right after working hours for most people. Not one associate ignored me as I walked by. Every single one said hello or offered assistance. It was like the early 90's when I worked at Walmart and people still cared. I grabbed everything I needed and went to the checkout, where there was no line! I was literally behind one person and other lanes were open. Dang! One ignored me in the garden section she had earbuds and two braids on. The other one was on the phone the entire time and gave me an attitude when I asked her a simple question.
