He said he would call the doctor. The next afternoon he said that the doctor didn't call back, and went to call him. I needed to hurry so said I would leave and wait to hear from them. I received a call from them that I missed picking up in time. I called back right away. The tech who answered the phone denied that a new antibiotic had been ordered, and also denied that anyone there had called me. Incredibly frustrating! I later had a voice-mail from the pharmacy pop up that the pharmacist did call at the time before I had called them back. He had finally gotten a new order. Their systems and safety protocols are not working well to allow these issues to happen.

The over the counter meds are expensive but the prescription meds are probably the cheapest in Ada. Much cheaper than McCortney's which I believe is the highest in town. The medicine is always the same, It looks the same everytime and isn't different shaped or anything (like McCortney's who always gives you a different color or shape of your medicine).
