He said he would call the doctor. The next afternoon he said that the doctor didn't call back, and went to call him. I needed to hurry so said I would leave and wait to hear from them. I received a call from them that I missed picking up in time. I called back right away. The tech who answered the phone denied that a new antibiotic had been ordered, and also denied that anyone there had called me. Incredibly frustrating! I later had a voice-mail from the pharmacy pop up that the pharmacist did call at the time before I had called them back. He had finally gotten a new order. Their systems and safety protocols are not working well to allow these issues to happen.

They order different shapes, colors, etc. so it is confusing when you do get your medicing. Elderly people may have a hard time distinguishing what their medicine is b/c it is always different looking. My grandmother has been with them for at least 40 years and they held my RX hostage which was the rest of my prescription b/c they were only able to give me partial b/c they were out. They would not give it to me on the charge until my 78 yr. old grandmother who had charged with them for over 40 years came up and paid the charge. She is in there daily getting medicine for either myself, herself, my grandpa, my cousin or someone in the family. They know she will pay! I promise you that you will have to go back the next day to get the rest of your medicine. They run out of meds like Ambien that is a medicine a lot of peple take. You would think by now whoever orders it would know how much to order. I got 8 ambien and had to return for the remaining 22 pills! Ridiculous! I My ambien may be purple one day and white the next day. My morphine may be huge purple pills or small purple pills. If I were pulled over the police would assume that I had bought the pills off the street b/c they aren't the same color or size. My doctor told me to NEVER let a pharmacy owe me medicine. They said if the pharmacy messed up and didn't pay me back my pills they owed me that I would have to go the entire month without them and that I would suffer extreme withdrawals. The only person in this pharmacy who knows their butt from a hole in the ground is Judy. Amelda can barely operate the register and it is chaos in there. The only good thing is that they fill the RX fast but that is b/c you are getting 10 pills when you are prescribed 90. Since the pharmacist, Jill McCortney left, this pharmacy has gone down the hill. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. They are HIGH on their prescriptions but over the counter stuff is pretty cheap.

I get it...people need breaks, deserve lunch breaks, etc. It was just surprising they didn't seem to care about me or my situation, and didn't even pretend to care. The CVS locations I go to in OKC are very fast, accommodating and friendly. The weren't necessarily unfriendly at the Ardmore location, just slow and didn't seem to really care about the customers. Just not customer-focused like I'm used to with CVS.

Upon pickup, I opened the box to take a look at the cake. Oversized strawberries had fallen off the cake because they were placed on the edge with whipped icing. But what was most upsetting is that the strawberries were rotten. I asked for the cake to be fixed. They were willing to place the strawberries back on top off the cake, but did not offer to replace with fresh fruit. The manager was asked to come to the counter. She arrived and stated the cake was made just the day before. I didn't doubt that, but expressed it was unacceptable to deliver rotten fruit to a child. She offered five dollars off the cake! At this point I accepted and chose to fix the cake myself at home.

We notice clothes all over the floor. Just around shelves, tables and everwhere. THIS WAS Wed afternoon so not like busy weekend. I have never been to any Target like this! I honestly wanted to walk around and start picking things up. We had clothes to try on but at the sight of dressing rooms changed our mind.
