Needed a script filled but also needed to drive to Dallas from OKC. I had my doctor call in to this CVS. Takes a few hours to get to Ardmore from OKC so I figured that would give em time to fill it. Arrived at 1:20 and was told it's not ready and they were about to go to lunch. I get it...people need breaks, deserve lunch breaks, etc. It was just surprising they didn't seem to care about me or my situation, and didn't even pretend to care. The CVS locations I go to in OKC are very fast, accommodating and friendly. The weren't necessarily unfriendly at the Ardmore location, just slow and didn't seem to really care about the customers. Just not customer-focused like I'm used to with CVS. read more

Stopped by here to get some medicine while on a road trip. Went to the bathroom and it was one of the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever been and that's saying a lot! Gross! You could tell they never clean it! read more

So over this place!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would!! Because of insurance I am FORCED to use CVS and I have NEVER had such a hard time getting a prescription filled!! Every time I have to come here my prescription is never ready..drop it off they tell me it's gonna he an hour and that's fine..come back and hour and a half later and I'm still waiting...unbelievable..I wouldn't be so upset but it's every single time and completely different people each time..strongly suggest getting scripts filled somewhere else if at all possible..the biggest joke is they have a sign that says "skip the return trip- we'll have your script ready in minutes" yeah F*%#ing right read more

Phoned ahead to see when new meds would be ready; arrived an hour after time given. Waited almost 10 minutes at drive through window before pharmacist came to window to tell me 'script wasn't ready. Said to give her 20 minutes... Came back 30 minutes later; another 5 minutes waiting at drive through window. She realizes I'm back so this time she actually just fills the 'script. I receive CVS text that 'script is ready as it's being handed to me. Previously, with a lower priority'script, I received the text that the 'script was ready a week after the dr phoned it in. If you are sick and need your prescription right away, go somewhere else. If you aren't in a hurry and don't mind unnecessary, very long wait times and generally being ignored as a paying customer, this is your store! read more

this is the worst pharmacy I have ever seen. They never answer the phone. They leave you sitting in the drive thru forever without even acknowledging you are there. Go inside and be ignored. Finally they wait on you only to find out that your prescriptions the doctor ordered last week are still not filled. Said would get them filled by tomorrow. Come back tomorrow, still not ready wait another 2 hours only for them to say they are out of one of them, the whole time being rude. The only reason I even come here is because my insurance makes me. That is the only way I see that they stay in business. Anyone that doesn't have to come here would not. Doctors expect you to start your meds right away not ten days after they call it in to the pharmacy. This is every time I try to refill or get new prescription, it's not just one bad day, it's every day. I gave one star because it won't let me give zero. read more

Pharmacy is a joke! I called in a refill on a Wed. and went to pick it up the following Wed. I was told , we will get started on that now!?!? Another time the cashier helped the customer in front of me acknowledged me standing there, then when finished with that customer turned around and walked off and started working back in the counting area. My script was ready! She could have gotten me out of there right away but chose to ignore me. Unfortunately, my insurance requires us to use CVS. UGH!!! read more
