AWSOME people. Highly recommend. Quick, efficient, answer questions. Good selection of OTC meds.

I need to warn anyone that gets prescription medication in vials to be injected. I had a months worth, 4 vials,, Testosterine Cypianate, all 4 vials were ineffective and worthless, the medicine inside the vials crystallized, The medicine was completely worthless. I had my doctor draw blood to test my testosterone levels and they, my levels were dangerously low. I had just taken the shot the day before. Henry Roberts Medication is stored incorrectly or bought cheaply from a suspect wholesaler. Their medicine has been proven to be ineffective. This is extremely dangerous. Beware of the medicine you receive from Henry Roberts. Their website doesn't work, when I asked the pharmacy tech about my bad test, she tolled me to roll it berween my hand. The test was completely worthless. My health has became worse, I need to make everyone aware of Henry Roberts bad Medication. read more

Henry Roberts was just AWFUL. He is such a mean spirited man. I still feel bad about how he treated me and that was 3 years ago. He made me feel like a horrible person. I actually called my doctor crying because of how heartless he was. I had simply gotten confused on when i last filled, i was exhausted; have 3 kids, was working a ton not sleeping a lot, husband had major job changes and we had just had to make the decision to uproot and move and put our house on the market. Major stress. I tried to ask him why they couldnt fill it. I hqd no idea i was early or why. I ASKED him. And he wouldnt tell me. He looked at me like i was stupid like me asking was amusing to him. He berated me about how i was trying to get his license revoked!! And how dare I asked questions about when i last filled and what the issue was. I was SO confused and stressed and he was adding to it. I didnt understand the process and i honestly didnt understand what the problem was and he wouldnt help me understand. He refused and just stared at me like I was an idiot. Ive never felt so bullied before. My eyes i remember were so tired from getting maybe a couple hours of sleep the night before then working all day again. And he told me I could go to another pharmacy get my medication filled. Basically he told me i wasnt welcome. I didnt even understand why or what the problem was he just kept on being so mean! I cried. It was awful. I went to see my doctor right after I left there, i was so upset and thinking ok now what do i do, and what did i do to make this man so angry??? I just asked a question. Well i tried but kept getting talked over. And still didnt understand! My doctor told me just dont go back, and agreed it was not right how I was treated but to just try to get past it and we would switch to a new pharmacy that day. I chose a pharmacy close to my house and my doctor sent a new script there. I explained the situation to the pharmacist/owner there. I was still shaken up. It had been hours since the ordeal with Henry Roberts. He was almost a little bit of a therapist to me to be quite honest. He let me breathe and talk it out and listened and actually tried to help me figure out what happened or why Henry treated me so poorly. And he looked everything over, i didn't feel so pressured and had the wherewithal to take the time to looked through fill dates with the new pharmacist and we found out that i had a dosage switch at one point that had thrown off the refill cycles a bit and i didnt even know there was a 28 day rule!! I never knew it was a thing. No one had ever given me any trouble filling. Id never had them tell me it was too early etc. I was relieved to have switched pharmacies but it still bothers me that to this day, Henry lives in blissful ignorance that how he treated me was ok instead of doing what any human being couldve easily done if he had a heart in his chest and said "oh wait lets have a looksee why not?" And helped me understand. But he didnt! And he wouldnt. I only hope some how this reached him so he sees his words and actions do affect people good and bad. And this was 3 years ago and still hurts to think about. I can still see the hateful stone-cold stare in his eyes to this day. And how awful and small he made me feel. I will NEVER forget how that man made me feel like a 5 year old that had gotten into mamas makeup. To be honest, i hadn't had a single issue for years. I thought the HR staff was great. Until I had to deal with Henry. It was terrible. I wouldn't patronize their business after meeting the owner. My new pharmcist understood fully and supported me fully and went above and beyond to take care of me. i went there for months until we moved and never had an issue at all. read more

I moved to the area from out of state and none of the other pharmacies would fill my prescription. I was relieved to find that Henry Roberts Express Pharmacy would. The pharmacy is teaming with teenage girls working check out and an older male and female management running the place. They were all polite and kind when I've come in (twice so far.) I will definitely be returning. Also, this place is a sweet little shop too with many drug store items. read more

Fucking stupid period. Been getting inhalers my whole life and know when and when I don't have prescriptions and they want to tell me I don't and just be completely rude SMDH read more

I am incredibly thankful for the existence of this Pharmacy. I have 52 physical health conditions/issues, and I just turned 30. All of my health problems stem from a rare genetic connective tissue disorder, meaning that not many people who work in the medical community understand what I'm going through or really even care. I had been living in Dallas for the last decade until I got sick, began suffering from severe chronic pain and fatigue, and received all of my diagnoses. It's nothing short of hell when doctors, nurses, and pharmacists don't take your symptoms seriously...ESPECIALLY after you've had $9k Whole Exome Sequencing conducted, (the most accurate medical genetic testing) by a Medical Geneticist in order to confirm your rare genetic disorder. I recently moved to Ardmore in order to address my health with the assistance of my family. I have been moved to tears at how helpful each and every person working at Henry Roberts Express Pharmacy has been, especially Henry Roberts himself. I cannot emphasize enough just how much hell pharmacies in Dallas, and across this country give chronic pain patients because they think they're so much smarter than everyone else, while in reality they're actively violating the rules and regulations in HIPAA. I always know that Henry Roberts will respectfully fill my prescriptions in a timely manner, and that I can ALWAYS call or go in and speak to a pharmacy if I've experienced an adverse reaction. Any negative reviews left about this business are purely made out of pettiness and ignorance. read more

Henry Roberts is a rude, nasty human being who treated my parents BEYOND poorly. My father has been waiting SIX MONTHS for his special shoes that he gets for his diabetes. They never call to say that they are working on getting them or anything, so today we just stopped by to ask (which my folks have done two other times in the last six months). That's all, just to ask where the shoes are that have been on order for SIX MONTHS! And the (fill in your own expletive verbiage) man was so nasty to my Mother that I stepped up, and then he started being nasty to me. I mean out of line, WTF nasty. For no reason other than HIS store messed up repeatedly, and he wanted my family to take the brunt of his incompetence. My Mother says she was even told two months ago by the woman "in charge of the shoes" that they were on order and due to arrive in four days. FOUR DAYS! Two months later and NOTHING, no call, no anything. Please don't ever use him or shop at his store. And please pass this on to anyone who shops in Ardmore, OK. Tomorrow I am contacting the Better Business Bureau as I am beginning to suspect that he may be scamming the government since my Dad has had three pairs of shoes on order for six months and nothing has yet been delivered. read more

By far the best pharmacy in the area. I've used several different pharmacies before finally deciding on Henry Roberts. The Pharmacists are amazing and greet the customers, just as the girls do up front. They are prompt and professional. Best customer service in area. read more

Great customer service! Girls up front are always very helpful! Great gift selection as well!

They have given me the complete wrong prescription, it belonged to someone else and was not even the same medication, they have lost my script after it was filled in those mounds of prescriptions piled over there after I waited for them to search they just refilled it. They told me I didn't have any refills when I knew I did because it was a new prescription that I left there the last time I was in and filled the last refill on the last prescription. then while I waited on my other prescription to be filled the young girl that had told me that, was no longer at work so I ask the other girl and she says yes looks like you have a brand new prescription on file give us a few minutes and we will get that filled so I sat down and waited 30 more minutes. Tonight when I was there I was asked by five different young ladies if I had been helped and I was asked three times what was the name on the prescription I was waiting for. Then I was told completely wrong information about the payment information from my insurance. I believe the claim was submitted wrong on my insurance, they didn't call my insurance provider nor offer too. They just told me my insurance wouldn't pay for all of that prescription when I got home I called my insurance provider and she told me they would get this all cleared up no problem at all, I then call Henry Roberts express and let them know I would be changing pharmacy's. too many young girls in there that have no idea what they are doing. somebody is going to get hurt from taking the wrong medication from this pharmacy. read more
