The front desk staff of Tristian and Logan are always friendly and happy to quickly get my trucks checked in. Finally Rush Truck Centers in Boise has the best mobile service techs in the state. Will, Jonathan, Blake, and Lucas have incredible knowledge and do a great job at keeping me and my team in the loop on repairs. The mobile team has been on site or at calls before 5am and as late as 10pm to make sure my trucks can run and run safely. I can't recommend this shop and professional team enough.

While traveling from Portland, Oregon to Chattanooga, Tennessee, our RV began displaying a…read more"contaminated DEF" message late on the first day. At the beginning of the second day a second message said that the DEFsensor had failed. After several calls to truck shops, Rush Truck Centers told us they would diagnose our DEF system. We drove an hour to them. They dispatched their mobile tech to our rig, which was in their parking lot. Doing so allowed us to stay in our rig rather than a hotel. Working closely with our chassis manufacturer, Spartan, ensured all Rush's work would be covered by Spartan. A new DEF sensor was overnighted to Rush and the mobile tech installed the new sensor, ensured all fault codes were cleared, and sent us on our way after a delay of mess than 24 hours. CANNOT PRAISE RUSH OR THEIR MOBILE TECH LOUDLY ENOUGH, given their performance, helpfulness, friendliness, and professionalism.

I met Jeremy, and told him the situation, and he called several places around boise until he found me a set of springs. he went above and beyond, bringing us bottles of water while i was changing the spring. he was a true problem solver. i have rarely met or interacted with such a kind and helpful person. if you are looking to buy an RV or you need some service in Boise, I highly recommend Allen Marsh. Then when you explain you did not need all the extra work they put in, they will threaten to keep your truck hostage until the bill is paid. I spoke to Natalie today to just understand why my bill was so high for a simple truck inspection and she refused to explain and hung up the phone twice on me. I, as a small business owner, now have no choice but to pay their demanded price or else I can't get my truck back. I feel like a hostage at this point, no dealership should ever make you feel like that. Please avoid Freightliner Northwest in Boise at all costs! I promise you won't leave a happy customer.

Imagine a high pressure salesman telling you that these babies sell so fast, that if you don't put money down on the vehicle they have already ordered, that by the time it comes in - it will already be sold and you'll have no chance to buy it. Then, imagine when you push back on the deposit request they say, "don't worry, we're not the type of company to keep your deposit." So, you make the deposit. Then, when you check with 5 finance companies who refuse to lend more than $100,000 for an RV and you simply don't have that extra $150k cash sitting around under your mattress and realize that this thing ain't going to work ... they tell you that they are keeping your deposit after all. But, I reply, "if these things sell like hotcakes, like you told me, then you shouldn't have any problem selling it to the next chump that comes along, right?" Wrong. They lied. They don't sell like hotcakes, I guess, and they are the type of company to steal your deposit after all. This is exactly what happened to me. They basically stole my $5k. Liars and thieves is what I would label them. Do not trust your money with them. Every thing they say, every promise they make is BS. They tell you everything you want to hear until they've got your money. Don't do it. IWS motorcoaches and wrecker sales will take advantage of you, lie, steal, and not play nicely or conduct business in good faith.
