The staff in the office were very friendly and knowledgeable. The second treatment went also well, but I did have more pain and bruising. When I went for the third and final treatment, I noticed a difference in the manner of the staff. The first woman who brought me in was in a foul mood and acted as if I was imposing on her time. I told her I had a few problems with the second session, but she did not pay any attention to my issues. After the treatment was finished, I was told the woman who brought me in would come back and clean my legs off so I could get dressed. She never came back. I ended up getting some hydrogen peroxide on the counter and did it myself. No one apologized or even cared that she had not returned. I would not recommend this office with their current staff.

I recently moved out here and was referred to Dr. Jamii St. Julien. I brought my disc and report from my catscan and had him physically check my incisional hernia, which is the size of a 6lb bowling ball from my cesarean scar. He wanted another catscan to make sure I had a hernia lol Then they literally pushed weight loss surgery on me to get a hernia repair. my youngest is one, but i had her and the middle child back to back within the last 3 years. I am still overweight technically but really not enough to consider weight loss surgery. With medication from my primary care, good diet and exercise I have lost 32 lbs in 4 mos. The catscan they ordered was done at least 2 months ago. They have rescheduled my appointment 2x! what I thought was the follow up with him in regoards to my hernia, only to call and be told it was with someone else there for their weightloss visit!!! I reiterated that I do not need nor want weightloss surgery and would like to proceed with my follow up appointment in regards to the catscan and getting this hernia repaired after my hard work and having to live like this for the past year and half. Only to be told they have never received my results!!! I called the imaging place and was told they sent and received confirmation from the office that they received it!!!! Called again and was told they do not have it and I needed to go to the imaging center and get the copies to bring!!!! This was not the first bad experience. I had issues just getting the order from them for the catscan!!!!!!! I am currently trying to find a reputable surgeon that will help me and honestly. Not play these games with me or my time just because they do not like my insurance!!!!!!!! please if you have serious issues that need addressed stay far away from this place! unless you are interested in weight loss surgery and have the type of inurance they like!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
