I had a very bad allergic reaction to the treatment, I had itching and swollen leg for 2 weeks, they just told me to take antihistamines and despite my condition, they didn't honor the follow up appointment for an ultrasound, even if it was scheduled. When I call them to ask about the time, they denied I had an appointment, even if they gave me one the day of the procedure. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE, they don't care about patients!!

Well, on my last visit, the women doing the injection used a different substance and said that the "foamy" doesn't work so they switched. I should have known better than to have been impressed with the neighborhood and interior when forced to watch the physician's self-congratulatory video over and over again in the waiting room. I developed huge veins all over my left leg, from my foot all the way up to my groin, when I was pregnant 18 years ago. After two more pregnancies, the veins continued to get larger, and more rope-like, especially behind my knee. I went to doctors all over the state, who tried all different procedures, techniques, and even surgery, to help my vein problem. Nothing worked at all! I decided that I would just live with it. I purchased a Groupon to try their office out in Hollywood even though it was quite a trek from my home. I met Dr. Fox on my first visit as part of my consultation. Her nurse is actually the one who administers the injections. I thought the nurse was very thorough and did a fabulous job on both of my visits. I also asked the nurse how much these treatments would be to continue if I come back without the Groupon and they are very reasonably priced. Several of these vein treatment offices charge by amount of injections which is ludicrous. Here they are very thorough and charge by session. I have done this procedure at other offices and I would highly recommend this one.

I have gone to a previous office initially for Sclerotherapy and was advised that I had a medical issue that needed to be addressed first before I approach sclerotherapy . Unfortunately to address the vein issue I allegedly had to cover a $1k deductible. I asked over and over again that I was in network but they lied (Fox vein). Needless to say I didn't return but after the pain in my legs worsened over the years. I finally decided to address the issue again. At the center - all of the office staff are extremely friendly, personable and very professional. Marcella and Cassandra are kind, caring and entertaining! They made me very comfortable at every visit. I had the EFT procedure performed by Dr. Feldbaum he is quite skilled with excellent bedside manner during and after the procedure. After many calls later they told me they would charge me $1 per page for my records. To get the insurance to pay THEM!! So disappointing. Now I won't go back even if it gets covered. UPDATE: The day after this review was posted the Doctor posted for me to contact him. He immediately made sure I could get ALL of my records, spoke to his staff, and called me back to make sure they took care of everything.
