The cleaning lady was there cleaning while I was waiting but I could tell that she does that throughout the day because the floors were immaculate and couldn't even see what she was sweeping. It was just that clean. Staff: The staff was super nice. They had four ladies at the front desk to assist with check-in and with other duties. Even though I got there 15mins late due to traffic, they were very nice about and wasn't rude like some offices I have been to. Tech: The tech who performed my MRI was super nice as well. Because I was getting an MRI of my wrist, he had to come up with a creative way to do this. Needless to say, I ended up in a superman position. I find this very hilarious and I don't know why. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the listening options while in the machine. I was given headphones but nothing was coming out of it. So throughout the whole process, I didn't have anything to take my mind away which in return made me kind of anxious and very aware of my arm going to sleep or my fingers being extremely cold, etc. I've been to places where they talk to you through the headphones and ask what radio station you'd like to listen to. I know I am just one person but just a suggestion to make the clients feel more comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience here and will ask to come here from here on out should I need any kind of images done again. I am so done with that other place. Not to mention, Vital is super close to my house.

My orders are STAT and were treated as routine. I had to call medical records, three days later and raise hell in order for them to give my images to a radiologist to be read. I gave them a horrible review on Google, and that was just the beginning of my issues. I am sitting here waiting to be called, if my results aren't available, I will raise hell at the Hialeah Center and then go visit Mr Juan Puig, owner of Vital Imaging.

While I waited for over one hour and 15 min from my appointment time, I noticed that patients that came in after me, we called in much less time. There was one particular patient that came in that knows the staff there and expressed that he had a later appointment but wanted to come in earlier and they to him to do so. He was called inside immediately and I can see he was even filling out the paperwork inside without a wait. Obviously, I can tell that this business gives priority to who they know.
