I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.

For the second one, I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with terrible service just to confirm the MRI type. Upon arrival, the front desk initially verified it was the correct scan. However, the technician later contradicted this, claiming it wasn't, and the front desk then agreed, stating the requested scan didn't even exist. It was a complete waste of my time. The service was disgusting, and the owner should be embarrassed by how poorly this place is run. Terrible care of patients. The front desk and manager should be fired and the service tech.

I went here…read moreafter an injury and paid for an MRI, only to be told later by the doctors that the images were some of the blurriest and lowest-quality scans he had ever seen. I later learned that the machine they use is outdated, which explains the terrible results. I had to get a second MRI at a different facility, and that one clearly showed the tear that the Millennium machine completely missed. I also tried calling explaining the issue, they only told me thats what the radiologist read on the MRI. The issue is not the radiologist but the outdates MRiI machine. II later find out its one of the oldest machines out there. In the end, it was a total waste of money , time and delay in treatment. She couldn't even identify exactly what was on my son skin, she read off notes from what my sons pcp doctor wrote.Now my son pcp at pediatric associates referred my son to Dr. Burke the woman and the 2 times we went I wish we didn't.The woman doctor Mrs.Burke who is supposed to be the dermatologist was so unprofessional, impatient, rude, and very off putting! I kept asking her questions out of concern since this was for my nine-year-old son, who was also scared of the options that the doctor was advising the one she did decided to do causes blisters and is supposed to eat at my son's skin tissue to remove the molluscm (very painful option) It didn't work at all the bumps came back and she told me that it would go away, before we even got to the part where she applied the canthorin on the 2nd visit. the first visit was horrible she didn't want to answer any of my questions as i was persistent trying to understand how these bumps were going to be removed from my son skin since they are highly contagious. she kept ignoring me and wrote a prescription for triamcinolone to apply to his face area for 10 days at night now the doctor never said to apply it rubbing it in like lotion or to spot apply it around the contagious bumps i asked her what would this outcome be she never explained. so I just winged it out and trusted her out of desperation and just applied it like lotion on his face and body as I did that for 4 days I started to see more bumps come on his skin I panicked went on google for answers as to why more are appearing and I called the doctor she wasn't available she did call me back and just said to stop using it as I screamed letting her know it's her fault because she didn't give me clear instruction. on the 2nd visit that's when she applied the medication that causes the blister to apparently burn at the skin to remove the molluscum and she wanted to follow up in 13 days. I called the office and cancelled the appointment as her solution was useless it didn't do nothing but scar my son skin and the bumps came back this doctor is not honest and rather waste your time experimenting on kids skin everytime I went to take my son each visit I had to pay a co payment of $30 dollars it's a lot of money to me because I'm currently unemployed and it adds up quickly.I'm now back at square one searching for a new doctor that would be able to treat my son and properly educate me on this skin rash my son has so that way I can keep everyone else in my household from catching it. this skin contagious mollusucm is driving me crazy since it's so contagious and the bumps are ugly along with the new scars he got thanks to this stupid doctor!!!! btw she is so old she needs to retire her breath smelled so stank as well!!!! This is the worst dermatologist I've ever been to. I went in for a simple cortisone injection. She…read morefirst gave me unsolicited advice about skin care products and makeup (which was not what I went in for nor asked for). When she finally got around to the injection, she completely missed the cyst, injecting a hyperpigmentated area nearby instead. I brought this to her attention, asking for correction and wanting just the smallest drop in the actual cyst she missed (knowing the risk of atrophy/divot). She then got defensive saying she knows what she's doing but that she would do it if that's what I wanted. She then proceeds to empty half a syringe of cortisone into one spot on my face OUT OF SPITE. The area ballooned much more than what a "drop" would do and when I brought this up, she SMUGLY said that it was "just air from the syringe" ...as if drs don't push the air out BEFORE injecting. I am sick to my stomach with what she caused on my face. Praying it heals and goes away but it could take months or be permanent... TLDR: This is a horrible, HATEFUL, SPITEFUL individual who clearly did what she did bc I brought her mistake to her attention, bruising her ego. What an absolute quack of a doctor.
