My orders are STAT and were treated as routine. I had to call medical records, three days later and raise hell in order for them to give my images to a radiologist to be read. I gave them a horrible review on Google, and that was just the beginning of my issues. I am sitting here waiting to be called, if my results aren't available, I will raise hell at the Hialeah Center and then go visit Mr Juan Puig, owner of Vital Imaging.

Le digo mira yo tengo un numero de confirmacion puedes por favor chequear con ese codigo por mi Pago, ne dice que no que ella no puede chequear eso que ese website era una pagina externa y yo tenia que comunicarme con ese website al que yo pague para reclamar mi pago. Le digo mira quizas es que se toma unos dias para procesar el pago. Alterada y ya con to o de voz molesta me responde Imposible!! Si fueramos a recibir el pago ya lo hubieramos recibido eso nos llega al instante. Me culpo diciendo que yo habia cometido error al hacer el Pago online y que por eso no tenian mi factura y no me podian cerrar la cuenta. I was originally speaking in English with a Spanish speaker who spoke no English and she was extremely rude, transferred me to a line where no one picked up without trying to help me or get someone who spoke English to help me, and when I tried calling back twice she hung up on me both times. The only way I got through was by calling *67 and then Diana informed me that this location and Doral are under reconstruction and she doesn't know when they will offer their services again. Diana was very passive aggressive and did not care at all when I complained to her about the other receptionist. All she said they can provide is medical reports in person, no info at all over the phone. I asked to speak with her boss to file a complaint against the other woman who hung up on me and she told me there are no bosses I can speak with, just her (the receptionist). Hopefully the owner of this company or someone is informed of this terrible experience and makes sure to have a bilingual receptionist at the Doral location to answer any questions about their services, it's very misleading to show online that they are open when in reality they are not. At least give everyone online notice that this business is closed until further notice to save any woman in need of this rude experience.

While I waited for over one hour and 15 min from my appointment time, I noticed that patients that came in after me, we called in much less time. There was one particular patient that came in that knows the staff there and expressed that he had a later appointment but wanted to come in earlier and they to him to do so. He was called inside immediately and I can see he was even filling out the paperwork inside without a wait. Obviously, I can tell that this business gives priority to who they know. Did not say anything but kept in mind all these details to share in my review. I was already stuck there , had given to the staff my id and had paid the copayment so I was stuck.
