I have no idea how this is LA Kitchen Cabinets . There will be an update ... after calling the store I only reached a voicemail. The owner called me back about 20-30 minutes later . I am assuming he saw my review that I had posted before his call . He asked me a few questions and told me that he had closed his showroom . However, that was NOT advertised on his Yelp and it was NOT updated for clients that are looking for cabinets . My review is to make sure that people are aware before driving to this business .There was a sign on the window w a handful of door samples inside the smoke shop. In addition, he says he works for larger contractors and only people that spread word-of-mouth. He didn't seem too interested in any work however, he asked me to revise my review . Unfortunately, that isn't why Yelp was created . Yelp is for honest interactions that customers experience. This was mine. I could not provide a value for his work. Parking is in the form of the business on the street and there is no front or side parking lot . However, there was a back parking lot with no obvious entrance into the business from the back. In my frustration, I hopped onto Yelp and submitted a project request for a fabricator in my area. This turned out to be a HUGE blessing because we received several responses but the one that stood out the most was Greg from GT Stone Works. He quickly responded to my inquiry and was the most pleasant, respectful and incredibly thorough person we spoke with. He was highly knowledgeable about all things countertops and could not only answer all of our questions, but also asked us questions to help us think of things we hadn't thought about. We knew right away that we wanted to work with him and boy, are we so glad we did! Greg walked us through the entire process, was even super patient when we realized midway between his driving to us that we had to postpone the measuring until the sink was installed (we were newbies!), had solid vendors he uses to source the materials, and thoroughly communicated with us throughout the process. We decided to go with quartzite and he even FaceTimed us to make sure we were happy with where he was cutting out the pieces to get us precisely what we envisioned. If you in the market for a countertop, look no further than Greg. He will take care of you every step of the way and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. They are licensed (this is very important -- we had a very bad experience hiring a different contractor earlier this year who cheated by saying he has a license but in fact not, and that contractor scammed our money and never came back to complete the kitchen remodel for us --- that's when we had to look for a new contractor and fortunately we found Annie and Robert.) Annie and Robert came and measured our kitchen and provided computer generated sketches for us to approve. Their on-site installation crew are also fantastic.
