RUN! They did…read morecountertops in my kitchen and bathroom and 2 hallways. Many things wrong and they refuse to repair or even come to see the problems. When I insisted, I was told to "F-off"... literally. I am now suing them. The countertops are uneven. Instead of cutting corners at 45 degrees or even square, they did this odd cut in my kitchen (see photos). The kitchen sink was not installed with clips as directed. Instead Victor created a narrow "lip" to set the sink on. When filled with water, it came loose and crashed. There are huge gaps between The island countertop is higher on the right side than the left. See photos. The difference in size between left door and right door in photo. This is because plywood was not laid correctly. The stone for the bathroom sinks was not cut to size. It hangs over on 1 side. The sinks leak. He cut holes for soap dispensers which do not line up. It goes on... RUN! I am now suing them. CSLB is investigating them as they are not licensed. UPDATE: Victor claims no foul language was used... See photo of the screenshot of the text messages from the owner (his sister), ""f-your sink" "And "f you too" when I asked them to make an appointment to check out the problems. It's not a plumbing leak. The sink has fallen away from the countertop because it was not installed correctly and it leaks into the cabinet when water get's in between the sink and the countertop. Had Victor bothered to call to find out what was going on, he would have known this. But he said once the job was done, they had no further liability. He is wrong. CA law has an implied warranty of 1 year on all workmanship. Also, see email from Lisseth DePaz then check out the review she left herself "Lisseth D." Since you can now see they are liars... RUN! I am now suing them. CSLB is investigating them as they are not licensed.

From day one, they did exactly what they said they were going to do. They showed up on time every morning, communicated clearly throughout the project, and even sent me progress photos every evening before they left so I always knew what had been accomplished. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about the quality of their work and about making sure I was happy every step of the way. They kept the work area incredibly clean (which is so rare), and I never felt like I was living in a construction zone. They also went above and beyond by helping with things that weren't really their responsibility, including assisting with installing my bathroom cabinet and helping with the countertop. That level of professionalism and kindness is hard to find. I received several bids before starting this project, and while they weren't the cheapest, they were worth every penny. You may forget the money you saved by hiring the lowest bidder, but you will definitely remember the headache of having to redo bad work. Choosing these guys saved me from that. Even my kids were sad when the project was over because they had gotten so used to seeing them every day! They work fast, communicate well, take pride in what they do, and deliver beautiful results. If you're on the fence, just hire them. I would recommend them to my family and friends without hesitation.

We had a very unique…read morecase where we wanted one part of our backsplash redone due to a botched job from a previous contractor. He provided an estimate within two days of me reaching out and us discussing the problem and his recommended solution. I had to buy the materials for the job (tile, grout and trim) but that was fine with me as it was stated up front. I was able to double check the exact materials with him. We weren't able to have Garik and his team come until 2 months later (due to our own reasons) but he and his team showed up on time and ready to go. Because our backsplash has a herringbone pattern, they had to cut a lot of the tile pieces to properly fit the space (poor guy came in and out so many times I lost count). The end result though is a BEAUTIFUL cohesive backsplash. We love it. We also had a separate shower tile grout crack that I wanted Garik to look at when he was here. He explained the reasoning for the crack and provided a couple of solutions. We decided to move forward with one of them (for an additional pre-approved amount) and he drove all the way to Home Depot to buy the materials and fix the crack. It looks great actually and we appreciated the extra effort! LA traffic is no joke. I reached out to a lot of tile companies and I felt like I got the best service from Garik and his team from beginning to end. Would highly reco and would absolutely use them again. Thank you!

Sawaed saved the day! After my original fabricator went crazy, ruined the slab, and then held my slab hostage, my cabinet installer called Sawaed and he immediately put me at ease! He knew exactly how I wanted the slab designed. Francisco did the template that very visit on a Friday and they worked quickly. New slab was picked up at Bedrosdian on Monday, and the fabrication was complete on Thursday. Sawaed COMMUNICATES whenever you text him. Also, calls you as the process is going along. The install was gorgeous! Francisco and crew did a fantastic job installing, especially in a tricky built-in cabinet area. Sawaed is old-school, hands on, communicates and answers all questions. Sawaed should not be trusted. Like many other reviewers here he took a very large deposit of more than $10,000 and then disappeared. He does not answer the phone. On the few occasions he calls me back he promises he will be doing the job "tomorrow." Then tomorrow comes and goes and again he disappears. This has been going on for months. I have spoken to people at The Kitchen Store that used to recommend him who longer do because he has ripped so many people off. I have also spoken to Marble Express about Sawaed and they too are aware of many people who he has ripped off similarly. If you insist on using Sawaed do not give him a penny upfront! Better- use someone who doesn't have a history of stealing from so many customers. read more

Sawaed was referred to us by The Kitchen Store in Culver City. He was very responsive and accessible from start to finish. Everything was disclosed up front and there were no surprises. His workmen were all very professional and respectful of our home. The workmanship was excellent. We chose a quartz countertop for our kitchen counters and backsplash. We are very pleased with the entire job. Additionally, Sawaed referred an electrician and a plumber, both of whom were needed for our kitchen re-model. These referrals worked out extremely well and I would use both of them again in the future. read more

Sawaed took a large deposit and disappeared. After months of being given a million lies I went to his shop and spoke to his employees and they confirmed that he never bought the materials I paid him for. They also said that he does that to people all the time. Everyone knows this is his con. They also said that they were going to quit because he hasn't been paying them either. This guy seems to make a career of ripping people off. I don't understand how he has remained in business, but you have been warned. Find someone else to make your counters. read more

Sawaed has been caught in blatant fraud. He has collected large "deposits" for materials which he does not buy and then moves on to the next victim. He will not return any phone calls and if you do get him in on the phone he spins elaborate farcical lies one more insane than the last. At this point he owes me over $9,000 which I am having to sue him to try to collect. Read the negative reviews and understand that this is a long-standing pattern with Sawaed. Do not use him or you risk being the next victim of his scam. read more

Do not give your money to Sawaed! He takes large deposits and disappears, refuses to answer his phone, makes endless promises that all turn out to be lies. He has had $12k from me for 4 months and lies, lies, lies. His employees say they are quitting because he does not pay them. Do not use him. There are plenty of reputable companies out there to fabricate your counters. I am forced to file lawsuit against him now. read more

He also works well with other contractors, which was an issue for us as we were doing a complete remodel and Sawaed had to work with our plumber, tile, and cabinet installer. He is very busy and scheduling was a little difficult, but overall considering the workmanship he is well worth it. read more

Ok this review is looong over due. From the start I emailed…read moreto 5 different contractors on Craigslist for a kitchen rebuilt and Majesty was the only one who responded- weird right. When the owner Robert came over, he had his ruler and notebook ready...we explaines to him what we wanted to do and of course, how much. First he needed to take all the measurements before giving me a quote. After he took the measurements he left and came back a couple of days later with a 3D image of out kitchen. This surprised my wife and I and thought it was cool. He brought some cabinets and floor samples..we want our cabinets plan and smooth but unfortunately he didnt have any that we liked but suggested these old fashion looking ones which will look good in my old house. Everything else he had. My wife and I thought about it and decided to go with his idea. Now the price which is the most important part...when robert gave us the price I literally buried my head on our table like a little kid and was so happy that it was below our budget by 6k.My reaction made Robert thought the price was high but when we agree with a Hell YES, the contract was signed. With a saving of 6 thousand dollars we spoiled our kitchen. Majesty and his crew were very clean, polite and well organized. Robert will give us weekly updates and they were always spot on. We liked them so much much that we hired him to do 2 of our bathrooms, a back room windows and our back porch...and again they did a phenomenal job..I highly recommend Majesty to any one. And now i have some of my friends hiring him as well and they are extremely happy with Majesty. I cant wait for our next projects...the master bathrooms and the laundry room..pictures will come,
