They were professional from start to finish . Sawaed helped in our selection of Silestone top for our master bathroom. They came and did template and arrived day and time agreed upon and came back and installed and cleaned up after. Highly recommend and would use this company for all my granite , quartz future needs. Thanks again Howard read more

Mr. Sawaed created this beautiful Dekton countertop and glass tile backsplash in our Palisades kitchen. Every aspect from measure, cut, install was done with immaculate professionalism and on time. Moreover, he was a bargain compared to the kitchen stores we shopped. We're fairly clumsy so there were some edge chips (pictured) after 3 years. Sawaed's artisan crew is certified for Dekton repair. So they completely and invisibly refurbished every chip to as new (pictured.). Sawaed's service level and integrity is rare in today's impersonal on-line economy. read more

Mr. Sawaed and his team did a fantastic job of quartz countertop for us. This is a great company that takes prides in their work. From start to finish we had an excellent experience. Mr. Sawaed himself stays involved although he has a reliable detail team. Value, price, quality of work, attention to detail, responsiveness and sticking to schedule is commendable. This company is highly recommended and we will be happy to work with them again and again. We have done a lot of quartz countertops before, however, Mr. Sawaed and company stands out. Sawaed and his team did a great job! I was in a jam, the last countertop guy disappeared and thankfully I had not paid him. I called around and Sawaed came highly recommended by another business on Yelp that couldn't do the job. Sawaed showed up the same day we spoke, we picked the countertop, he measured and the next day they team came and installed it. So amazing, so professional and such a great job. Highly recommend them. read more

The review posted on Jan 2,20 by Michael M expresses my sentiments about this individual business practices to a tee. We contracted to have 3 bathroom counters tops redone last September. Everyday we call and never hear back, we are at the point of desperation. In good faith we trusted this individual who if we get lucky he returns our calls with all kinds of stupid excuses. DO NOT TRUST THIS INDIVIDUAL. We gave a deposit and we have no counter tops or money back, our frustration is so great we checked that our deposits were cashed in SEPTEMBER, we will be filling a suit at small claims court by the end of week if the work is completed and delivered to 100 percent satisfaction. Again, if you value your time and money take your business elsewhere. The only way I will amend this review is if we get our counter tops installed to perfection no later this Thursday, January 9th. Attached is the way my bathroom counters have looked since September. He finally finished his job. I am happy After all the hazzle , the waiting, the cancellation etc read more

Sawaed - Our beautiful new kitchen by Sawaed! - Countertop Installation Near Me - San Fernando, California

Sawaed's done multiple jobs for me in the film industry, as well as my house. I couldn't be happier with his and his crew's work.

Our contractor recommended Sawaed, Inc. to us. They did an exceptionally beautiful job fabricating and installing the quartz kitchen countertop and backsplash for a fair price. The countertop is seamless, the veining is continuing from the countertop onto the backsplash. It is the highlight of the kitchen. I highly recommend the company for their outstanding work. read more

Sawaed and his team were recommended to me by Ann from The Kitchen Store. Ann and Sawaed had also done an installation for my friend and it turned out great. In terms of quality, I would give Sawaed an A+. My counter and waterfall are 100% perfection. The only reason I would rate as 4 stars was on communication and scheduling, but on workmanship and quality I'd give them 5 read more

I first worked with Sawaed in 2012 when he installed countertops, backsplash, and flooring for our new kitchen in Santa Monica. The work was impeccable, the service remained professional and exceptional throughout, the workers were the best in the profession, the outcome was pure perfection. Sawaed also sensed the look I wanted and was able to guide me toward solutions that I marvel at to this day every time I walk into the kitchen. Yesterday I called to see if he could customize an end tabletop and explained what I wanted. He showed me a photo of the exact stone I had in mind that happened to be in stock and today he brought it over. I'm thrilled yet again. Thank you, Sawaed. read more

When my tenant texted photos of the granite edge detail of the kitchen island in pieces on the floor, I thought, "how am I ever going to find someone who can repair that (I live out of town)?" The Kitchen Store suggested I call Sawaed, and I am so glad that I did. I contacted him on Aug. 6th, he sent someone over that afternoon, gave me a quote on the spot, and it was repaired/installed today, Aug. 13th. Now that's service! His crew was prompt and professional; super nice, according to my tenant. I also appreciate that Sawaed inspected the installation. I would definitely recommend for repairs. read more

It's not possible to treat customers worse than this guy. He's so quick to take your deposit and then you have to chase him up over and over constantly trying to get him to deliver. He does not answer texts or his cellphone or office line after you pay him. We're still waiting four weeks for him to deliver. If you must deal with him I'd recommend don't give him a deposit but even better choose someone that at least responds. If Sawaed installs the pieces I'm waiting for I'll update this review. Update: Sawaed delivered and installed. We were happy, but then we noticed the legs are uneven. The distance from the edge on One leg is one inch shorter than all the others. read more

You can buy countertops from just about anywhere, from Home Depot to specialty kitchen stores. But if you want to work with someone that not only knows all the product lines but also does the installation and does it right, go to Sawaed. On first meeting he'll come to you job site and take measurements and work with you on the best configuration to minimize slab purchase (note, all solid surface type stuff like Silestone, Corian, Caesar, Pental, etc. come in slabs, so you need to order smart or you'll waste a lot). And he knows the surfaces from all the companies so he can help you pick what will look right, but also what will be most cost effective. He'll suggest alternatives to the ones you found that might be less expensive, better quality or fit better. Then comes the install. There is a lot of detail work here. Sawaed's team does a bunch at the shop, but then it takes real artisans on site to do the install. Cutting and grinding to make things fit right. Count on it being done well the first time with Sawaed. Happy customer. read more

This was a 2005/2006 experience. Yelp was not around then. I am so glad they are around now. If there were a zero or negative rating I too would give Sawaed that rating. Paid for half up front for Caesar Stone to be installed in November. They said 2 weeks. I took time off work & called Monday to get the day they would be there that week. All I got was from his wife was sorry next week, next week, next week. This went on for months. I kept taking time off of work based on their lies & promises. My counter was not installed until 5 month later (April). If I had know that it was going to be 5 month, I would have gone with another company. I guess they figured that as well & just kept me on the hook since they had my deposit. DO NOT USE SAWAED - EVER IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR QUICKNESS! IF YOU HAVE MONTHS & MONTHS TO WAIT, THEN USE HIM. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from. I guess they did not have to wait 5 months to get their Cesar Stone installed in a small 10' x 10' kitchen. The workmanship was good - I have no complaints about that - It looks great. He does very good work, but it just takes 5 months to complete. read more

Sawaed was hired by my mom's contractor to install countertops in her kitchen and bathroom. My mom picked out the stone she wanted at another store, and Sawaed convinced our contractor to buy the stone from him instead. We now realize this was a bad move. Once Sawaed received the advanced funds for both the quartz slabs and installation costs, we could not get him to come and do the work. As a result, my elderly mother spent 8 weeks without a functional kitchen, while waiting for Sawaed to keep his appointment, which he cancelled several times without even calling the contractor to let him know. This resulted in a lot of tension and delays for my mom's condo renovation. Finally, a decision was made by our contractor to hire another stone installer and he requested that Sawaed transfer over the quartz slabs to the new installer. Sawaed did not respond to repeated calls from the contractor. Also, when the quartz slabs finally arrived, it came to light they were purchased that same day by Sawaed, meaning he had never used the money to buy them all that time we were waiting for him to come and install it! Based on the above, I would not recommend this stone installer to anyone. read more

Sawaed did a great job on my quartz countertop for my bathroom. He is very professional, easy to get a hold of and a true gentleman. I told him I did not like the look of the counter (because I had to put the installation on hold a couple months and in the meantime the quartz ended up not looking like the one I had ordered). I am so happy with my new bathrooms. And with the owner Sawaed. He and his guys did such a good job. It was quick, affordable and quality work. I have seen a lot of my friend do bathroom remodeling and they all have had issues with there contractors. I have heard crazy horrible stories. Sawaed was the opposite. He was relaxing and super helpful. When I was stuck on a design idea he helped me figure it out. He is very knowledgeable. It is obvious he has been doing this for a long time. I was referred to Sawaed by a real estate guy know. I just reach out to him to this week to ask him to help me design my kitchen new and he asked if I could write a review. I was very happy too. Hired Sawed to install Quartz counter tops in my kitchen - 1950's galley kitchen. It turned out spectacular, couldn't be any happier! He delivered what he promised, on time, beautiful workmanship, and no issues at all. He was quick to take my deposits and I haven't seen my counter top in a month. He use to pick up my calls and answer my texts ( not right away). Now, he won't return my calls or texts.
