The owner and coaches are amazing. We've attended for 2 years now and my daughter absolutely loves it!

Overall, EoS is a beautiful gym and offers solid value for the price. The facility itself looks…read moregreat, but my first impression was that cleanliness could definitely be improved. With the high foot traffic, things seem to get dirty pretty quickly. The restrooms need more frequent upkeep, and the showers are starting to feel gross as well. One downside (which I know isn't fully controllable) is how extremely packed the gym gets in the late evenings--borderline overwhelming. I also wasn't a fan of the forced sales pitch during the membership sign-up. That said, the staff is generally cool. The young lady who helped me set up my membership was awesome--super helpful and welcoming. I wish I caught her name because she really stood out. On the other hand, the manager gave off an erratic and jittery vibe, which wasn't the best impression. The gym is phenomenal during slower hours and much more enjoyable then. I'd honestly avoid peak evening hours if you can. The layout is a bit confusing at first, but manageable once you get used to it. Bottom line: great gym for the price, solid equipment, but cleanliness needs improvement and the evening crowds are the biggest downside.

I repeatedly had problems with scheduling stretch training appointments because the stretch trainer did not show up. I was told that I had the wrong date, despite having confirmation emails showing otherwise. I tried to cancel both my stretch and training services after 4 months. However, I was informed that only a manager could process cancellations. Despite multiple phone calls and repeated efforts to speak with management, I was unable to reach anyone who could assist me. Managers were never available when I visited the gym, and my calls were never returned. As a result, I have now been billed for an additional month despite trying to cancel my membership for weeks. The only solution management offered was for me to cancel my credit card to stop future charges, which I found highly unprofessional. According to gym management, there is no customer service department or corporate contact information available to members. The lack of accountability, zero communication, and rude customer service made for an extremely frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this location. I should have listened to friends who told me not to join here.

Now back in 2025 and I can see some improvements. They have a lot of different machines and free weights, spaces to do Gtx classes, hot yoga, cycling, morning runs, pickle ball... I mean, you pay for what you get. I love that the women have their own sauna and hot tub, and can use the coed by the pool as well. It's never so crowded that you can't get machines and the staff is actually helpful. I definitely recommend.

As we were on our way to Galveston for our week long cruise, we booked a stay in Webster to do touristy things and this lifetime was a whopping 4 min drive from our hotel. I'm impressed with the cafe, locker rooms and kids club! As usual, the amenities are consistent with our home LT in Austin, the front desk always was welcoming at 6am for me running in, getting my workout in and then leaving. I find the studio classrooms are slightly smaller but the instructor Melanie was still great at 7:30am on a Friday, I was a little jealous that this LT has amazing classes that start at 5:30am for the folks who love their early bird hours in the day and impressed to see it was waitlisted! I dropped our 5 year old for a little of the kids club and even decided if we wanted to do Parents Night out at this LT, as this one doesn't seem to have a waitlist, our Austin North location separated by age groups for the younger kids vs older kids but this LT seemed to have less enrollment which probably means all the kids get to play together. The pools were huge and I'm sure if we weren't visiting during the winter freeze, the outdoor slides and pools would be more popular! I thought it was neat to see the individual hot tubs inside the locker rooms and steam room and saunas, although my husband and I occasionally like to have our sauna time together. Overall, the floors and machines were well kept, my cafe experience for coffee, smoothies and food consistent and the fact that we could have a space to explore while we were in town was fun to boot! Normally we visit the LT sugar land location as my parents are in SW Houston so this was a treat to try something new! Thank you LT Baybrook for keeping us healthy and entertaining us on our few days in the area! :) Looking forward to returning if and when we're in the Clear Lake NASA bubble!

Her safety away at college pushed us to sign up, and what a difference it has made for all of us in different ways! John and his team will help strengthen skills like problem solving under pressure, being aware, being authoritative, identifying and evaluating threats, protecting and defending yourself and others, and so much more! I had not trained in martial arts or any fighting system, so I came in as a total novice. Several years ago, I took a 90-minute women's self-defense class at another facility. Coming here, I realized self-defense is a lot more extensive than I thought (i.e. defending from a knife from the front versus behind, defending a side choke hold versus a straight punch, performing a gun disarm from the chest versus from the back, etc). This system teaches self-defense in dozens of different situations, so you feel empowered to handle different circumstances--including single and multiple attackers. This isn't a one-and-done type of training; you will learn so much, and the more you come, the more it will become second nature so you can learn to handle dynamic situations efficiently and safely. John and his team made me and my family feel very welcome from the start, and we quickly felt like family at the facility. The team is very generous with their time and patience to ensure students are absorbing the training by adjusting instruction in terms you can relate to. John constantly asks for feedback--further showing how much they genuinely care. His other instructors (like Sam, the Muay Thai Boxer and Jempy) attend other classes outside of their own, so they share their expertise across classes. You go at your own pace, so you go to as many or as few classes as you want. There are plenty of classes to choose from! It is also great how the fitness classes are complementary to the type of self-defense and combat training being taught at the facility. Shout out to Tyrone (boxing instructor) for his awesome Combat Fitness class! Lastly, we have been impressed with how many students have been training with John and his team for 5+ years, plus how many families attend. That speaks volumes! On top of that, other students who have been there a while are very nice to help and encourage newcomers like me. It is a strong family atmosphere. Try them out!

The instructors are well-versed in each of their low-impact, workout-exercise forms. I've attended Pilates mat, Mat Lengthen, Signature Barre (combo Pilates & barre & yoga), Define (oooh, baby!), Fly (silks) yoga, Flow (yoga), BB Bliss, BB Burn (ohhhhh, baby, baby!) and many of the 45 min. afternoon classes and 60 min. evening classes. I also took a Salty Yoga in the Salt Revival salt room! The only classes I haven't tried are those crack-of-dawn ones. Sending power to those ladies who workout before I'm awake! I am not, and have never been a ballet dancer. I am three months into classes at BodyBarre, and I can say that I am stronger, more balanced, and feeling better - because I'm moving small and large muscles during these workouts. BodyBarre is for ALL bodies, ALL ages. This is a place that truly welcomes, and encourages everyone. I would recommend anyone thinking of adding a little, or little more, or a lot of cardio to take a few BodyBarre classes at your own pace. For me, it was time to discover that I could do more for my health by adding some cardio in a fun, supportive studio. Locally owned, too! Paige, Samantha, Anita, Megan, Avery, Cassidy, Rani, Leilani, Sarah and Lori - you are incredible, and I'm so glad that you are sharing your passion for health and fitness with us!

Paige & Estella infuse me with energy! I had never been to a real barre class before (just Youtube…read morepilates videos for me), and I had thought that my routine had been sufficient for about four years throughout university. However! In class, the instructor gently adjusts you to have lovely form and proper technique, which really makes a difference in how refreshing my workouts feel afterwards (apparently careless technique when I did pilates on my own sometimes just sort of left me feeling drained after my workouts). Having to pay attention elegant technique makes pilates from more than an isolated sweatfest during the day, and makes it seep into other parts of my life -- i.e. I've started getting compliments on my posture by my mother (the ultimate accomplishment). It's not too difficult for those just beginning -- the instructors seemlessly transition from warmup to sweatbreaking moves to cooldown. On the other hand it's quite quite sufficient for those wanting a good workout, and I've been satisfyingly sore from their classes many a time.

The manager and personal trainers are very knowledgeable and into USPA powerlifting. A lot of times you can ask them questions and they give great answers on maybe how to adjust something you are having trouble with or give ideas on new things if you ask. I have used different facilities LA Fitness, 24 hour, Lifetime, and Equinox, and the environment here is just very good if you are trying to improve on your fitness goals. It isn't a huge facility, but in March/April they are going from like 3200 sq feet to 9000 sq feet, and getting a larger variety and quantity of equipment (more power racks and machines). They have more of what you need and less of the things you don't need. Sometimes at the other huge big name facilities they have a lot of equipment you don't need or use along with a crowd of people that aren't there to really work out. I actually signed up for personal training along the way, and have seen all my numbers go up pretty fast. I guess it could be beginner gains, but I have been using different gyms and doing programs off bodybuilding.com programs for years. I never really got my numbers up until working with the personal trainers here, and the knowledge they have is very good and different then what I found reading bodybuilding.com or other things on the internet. I think if you live in the general area of this facility you really shouldn't over look it. I also came in with some lower back pain and after going to a hospitals physical therapy center and working with them for 6 months 3 times a week I ended up with no significant improvement. Since working out with a trainer here I have removed the pain, and increased my strength significantly. I can't thank these guys enough.
