We had the same service technician both times and he was very nice, friendly, clean, prompt, reliable, and really knowledgeable. He was informative in giving us tips and other information about our HVAC system. The bill was the exact amount quoted. Additionally, I called the office once with a general question since we are new homeowners. The woman I spoke with was very nice and helpful over the phone. We plan to keep using them for all our A/C and furnace maintenance and repair needs.

I cannot recommend Ryan Brothers enough. If you care about how your home is cared for, Ryan…read moreBrothers is a couple of notches better than everyone else. We purchased a 25 year old home and engaged the contractors that essentially built the place. The heating and air company was underwhelming to say the least. We then engaged a large local company and were also underwhelmed. Ryan Brothers is top shelf. Ryan Brothers has demonstrated again and again that they can properly handle our more complicated heating and air system. Recently Ryan Brothers essentially overhauled our entire heating and air. From the proposal to the many questions I had to the installation, the communication and care have been top notch. Every home has a personality - how things work and operate. Ryan Brothers quickly caught on to some of the key nuances of our home that other vendors missed or ignored. I cannot recommend Ryan Brothers enough - especially if you care about how your home is handled.

They came back out to fix their work but not until months later. When they sprayed again, they got over spray on all of our windows, doors, garage doors and even the sheetrock on the ceiling. They didn't use plastic either of the times they sprayed. We told the owner about the problem and he offered to come out and clean the foam off our windows and doors. They did return to clean but only cleaned some of the items partially. The windows still have spray foam on them. They wouldn't clean the doors because they said they needed to be painted anyway. The garage doors they didn't touch and had no offer on how to fix the sheetrock. We asked for their insurance information which the owner said he would supply but we still have not received the information. He also said he would come back to clean the remaining foam up but he has not come back. Our project was delayed months because of the poor quality of work. They didn't shave down the extra foam on the walls, so the walls were still not ready for sheetrock. Make sure you check your estimate as they wouldn't foam around the windows like we were told verbally would be taken care of because it wasn't in the bid. I would not recommend this company for your insulation needs. I would use a different company.
