The inside was clean and organized with kiosks of greeting cards and gift cards for sale. For a USPS location, it was very quiet with two employees working the package transactions. The woman was very professional and scanned my package and provided me with an online tracking receipt. She cracked a smile and gave her a green smile tap on the digital screen for her job performance and left pleased.

So Amazon didn't receive it. I went back within 1 hour of the drop off. I was helped by Nichols and Axel. They looked in a bin at @ 4 packages and said they couldn't find them. I wanted to help but this wasn't allowed. I told them I would wait while we looked through the bin. They had me wait and after taking care of 4 new customers. Axel said there was nothing they could do. I told them you had me wait for 20 minutes to tell me they wouldn't look in the bin. They were too busy. But I was the only person there. Besides being incompetent, they were rude. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I reported this to Amazon and they politely took care of the return. I am an extremely patient man.
