When they called for payment, I questioned to excessive charge. I ship dozens of packages nationwide a day via USPS and am familiar with their fee structure. They overstated the USPS Ground Advantage shipping fee by $12.00 and lied to me when I questioned the charge. I was supposed to be charged the actual USPS charge, plus $5.00 handling fee and $4.00 for a (used) box. I guess these folks haven't figured out you can go on the USPS website and calculate actual cost using weight and size! Plus they overstated the weight by 1 pound 4 ounces and dimensions of the parcel. Caveat Emptor!
