Nice folks. Short wait times. Highly recommend. Very organized. I was in and out in no time.

They open at 9am and were already packed. Arrived at 9:30am and was 38 in line. Lots of chairs around the perimeter to sit and relax while I waited. There was a a TV to watch and of course all the people. The line was moving, names were being called out and everyone seemed very r laxed for a Monday. The facility was clean, well lit and easy to find with GPS. read more

Sadly, I did not catch the woman's name. I typically try to pay attention and name tags but I did not see her have one either. I will say it's the older female with short brown hair that works on the side where you renew your license. This woman was so kind and so patient and we really enjoyed our conversation for the time that I was there. The blind sitting next to her was trying to help an elderly lady, and was so sweet to her. She was very confused, and she really going above and beyond to help her. Every time I come to this office, it's pretty smooth sailing, and everyone is so kind it's much further from my house, but I avoid the St charles branch if at all costs! Thank you for making a stressful situation so easy and going above and beyond read more

I received a call back from the DMV today regarding the hold on my license. They lady was super nice and helpful. I ended up getting in contact with the Florida DMV and they provided me with a letter stating there are no holds on my license. I was able to go up to Harvester license Office this afternoon and get my MO license without trouble. The lady who assisted me was very kind and professional. I appreciated her help and the lady who called me back! read more

Have tried twice to get disabled person placard. Over hour wait and not enough seats. Could not wait. Reduce wait time read more

I was disappointed with my experience here. I bought a new car so i needed to get my plates and the guy was very rude. he was very disrespectful was just overall unpleasant and rude. i feel like there was a way nicer way he could've spoken to us instead of yelling about something we knew nothing about. It's sad because I was here about a year and a half ago and had a very good experience. I will not be back to this one. read more

Recently I was in the office and it took almost an hour to get waited on. The time was not the problem the problem was there was no seating for renewal of license. Many young people can stand for that length of time, but older people like myself (age 80)have a serious problem standing that long. Might I suggest that you have seating for all people by placing chairs in the waiting area after they have an opportunity of getting a waiting number of some sort. Making me to stand that long has caused my back to continue to hurt 3 days since my visit. Too bad management is not more aware of older peoples needs. read more

Very good place to register a car ....but if you are disabled this is not handicapped friendly. I have had double knee surgery replacements in my knees and the 30 min wait in line was unbearable for me. No rails along the standing area. Chairs on the back wall . No number system for the handicapped. They need to put in a number system for handicapped only and you sit in the chair until your handicapped number is called. If they did it for everyone people would take a number and leave , so just do it handicapped only and allow them to sit and wait for their number and allow them to sit in a chair. read more

The lady that helped today was just ok. I've always wondered if one of the requirements to work at a DMV office is based on how rude you can be. The people that hire these employees must see something very special in them, lol. Very unhappy employees, I couldn't imagine working for 8hrs and never breaking a smile. They all look so miserable, sad life for them. I did smile at her as I walked off and she did return the smile, but didn't appear to be a happy person which is sad to see this be the norm at these places. I couldn't work at a place with such low energy. read more

So I don't think this License Office is in the state of Missouri i jest , because they don't follow the states license requirements listed on the states web site. The person helped me stated that they can't control what is put on the states website. How insane. read more

New to Missouri and needed to transfer my California DL to a state issued one. The lady who helped me with my Real ID couldn't have been nicer. Not crowded at all like the DMV's in California. Was in and out in about an hour. read more

This is the closest DMV office to my house so I have been here many times over many decades. The place is run down and shabby looking inside, you have to stand in line versus taking a number and sitting, and the lines are typically 10 to 15 people deep with just 2 clerks. We went yesterday in the 2 o'clock hour and there were 12 people ahead of us. We left and came back this morning in the 10 o'clock hour. 16 people ahead of us. Ridiculous. I do believe one of the few chairs by the window when you walk in the door is the same one from 20-30 years ago. It is ripped in the seat. My only alternative is to now go to DMV offices that are further away. Come on Missouri, you can do better in hiring these private companies to run your DMV offices. read more

Speediest DMV in St. Charles county. Super friendly staff and right off the highway!!!

Went last week to update my license (having an Arizona license it doesn't expire until age 65) but I had to make it legit, since I'm staying put for awhile. There were SO nice.. almost too nice being it's a license bureau (most are cold and dry) but I am not complaining! I honestly won't go anywhere else! I'll drive out of my way to go HERE! Hardly ever packed and like I said every single one of them are genuinely super nice people! Even if you have questions calling is a breeze someone actually picks up and will look into whatever ur needing A+++ business! read more

About a month ago, I went in to renew my license and get one of the new "Real ID' as I travel weekly. The woman was brisk and rude and incorrectly gave me regular license since I didn't use the words "Real ID" even though I told her I needed it for travel. She told me to wait until I get the regular renewal in mail & come back. So today I did go back. I looked at requirements online & took with me my license, my passport, my SS card, my home insurance, and my recently received Medicare card with the mailing card still attached for 2nd address verification. The young man (real professional in backwards baseball cap) who waited on me told me it would be smarter to wait to get the "Real ID" since the requirement to have them has been pushed back 2 years. I told him I would rather just get it while I was there. He looked at my documentation & said he couldn't accept the homeowners insurance as address verification as the mailing address & the property address didn't match. Same house number, same street, same zip code but the company put "St Peters" on one side and "Harvester" on other. I pointed out that I had enough other documentation but he refused. When I told him I was frustrated as I had everything the web site says to bring he responded "You don't need it for 2 more years. Don't go by what the state government says, I say this isn't the right documentation. Come back in 2 years". Obviously they are resistant to the "Real ID" and want to wait until the deadline to issue them. Everyone I have had contact with has been rude and twists the rules to lessen their actual work. Advise avoiding this site at all costs. read more

Holy cow! I always dreaded the DMV! Where I used to go, they were so rude, so it's no surprise that they are closed. Now that we have moved, this was my first visit. Everyone was so nice! And the entire process (license with new address, as well as new tags) was painless! It can actually be a good experience! read more

I purchased a new vehicle recently and sold my previous one outright. I took all the paperwork listed in the MO DMV site thinking I would be paying sales tax on the total cost I paid the dealer. When I got to the agent, she began looking at my paperwork and asked if I had sold my previous vehicle outright and if I had a bill of sale. I didn't think a private party sale was eligible for reduction of sales tax similar to a trade in at a dealer. Man, was I WRONG. Thanks so much to the folks there who saved me over $1200! They could have just let me pay the sales tax that I thought I would have had to pay but didn't. Great customer service. read more

I was almost dreading renewing my driver's license, but it was a very pleasant experience. If you have all the documents needed as stated on the renewal postcard, it is a very simple process. Paula was efficient, and friendly, and I enjoyed my short time with her. My Saturday was even better because of her! read more
