My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? We did have weather delay which i understand we can't do nothing about mother nature but package kept getting delayed. Still not delivered on Tuesday even though package was at the destination. The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery.
