Was looking for a store that sold actual cards and when I Google it I got a bunch of stores that…read morehad magic cards, baseball cards, various trading cards but very few actual cards. Then I saw mail-it unlimited. I knew roughly where it was located but the website didn't say much about what to expect. Wow this looks like a tiny store from the parking lot but once inside it's pretty big and they have so much stuff. By the time I got to the center where the register was I had seen dozens of things I'd like to get, but I was here for a sympathy card and a gift and I was definitely out of my comfort zone. So I asked one of the associates where to find the sympathy section and what would be a appropriate gift. He showed me where the card section was and an area where I could find the gift. I found so many beautiful and thoughtful cards that fit and I finally narrowed it down to one. Next I headed to the gift area and there were so many beautiful choices, but within a few steps I was looking at the various figurines (Willow Tree) and they were so well crafted and I found the sympathy one. It's about 9 inches tall with a dove on the arm, I was expecting a big price tag but it was alot less than I expected. Check out was quick, the staff checked the figurine to make sure it was perfect and boxed it up and back to the jeep I went. Here I had to sign and address everything and then run back in. Not only do they sell some beautiful and sentimental items but they will ship them out for you to. Honestly it was the best stop all around for me Without missing a beat the staff spotted a error in the zip code. We all know during stressful times we can make errors but thankfully they caught it and fixed it and our stuff was shipped out and should be arriving by tomorrow night. Had they not caught the error our package could have wound up taking days to arrive at the correct destination. We have the tracking numbers and we will know when it's arrived. I know I'll be going back because they have so many different things that I'd love to wander around and find some nice stuff for our house. I thought that I was going to have to leave the flash drive, (as it was Saturday an hour prior to his closing for the weekend) and pick up the order on Monday or something!! Oh no, not with this order, and I'm sure it might not be that quick for everyone's job that they bring in for Will to do...but WOW I was so pleased about 'how far technology' has advanced for things to be done while I waited like that! Will has such a wonderfully warm and positive demeanor that there's nothing but pleasantness that emanates from him, ready to serve! He really made me feel like a priority in his business day. He was working on something when I walked in with an employee(?) and stepped from that to do my thing while she continued, and once my order completed, still asking if there was anything more he could do to serve (hole punch, binder, etc). I was really expecting to have to go back to pick up at another time. This is a business that needs to be referred by it's customers to others so that he gets so busy there that I can work there too (lol). He's got a gorgeous little dog Milo that he pays honor to on his web page that welcomes customers, although Milo was pooped when I went in and sleeping but I'll go say hello with bacon next time! I can't say enough about my little 20 minute visit to Will's. He's got choice lots of colors of papers...suggests services that might be of need, tries extra hard to find a way to get it done...but that's probably why his name is 'Will'. ~grin~ He also does special jobs...just bring your creative idea to him! He called me the next day to tell me the mother board was cooked, and that would be another $400 plus labor. Based on what he told me I decided to buy another laptop and have him do a data transfer. He informed me that would cost another $125.00 and if i wanted it done in less than a week that would be another $90.00. I felt this was way over the top and paid him the $50,00 bench charge and took my stuff. I went to another repair center in Biddeford Maine (Welch's) he told me there was nothing wrong with my mother board, and that with labor replacing the screen in total would be $166,00. Kennebunk Computer owner is a scam artist, a fraud and a thief. I would refer people to Peter Welch in Biddeford and stay clear of this character all together.
