They have the self service machine which I really love, but then there are days I need to borrow their tape so I have to wait LOL. The young lady at the counter is very knowledgeable and pretty quick -- it's usually her by herself for a little while in the mornings and she gets them in and out swiftly. I overall dislike going to the post office, but this can be a busy little location sometimes.

I've had ongoing issues with this post office and it's become extremely frustrating. I've tried…read moremultiple times to get my address corrected, and each time I'm told it's a "system" or "computer" issue--but the problem never actually gets resolved. Not only has my address been repeatedly entered incorrectly, but they also mishandled both my mail forwarding and my mother's. These are basic services that should be handled with accuracy and care, yet there seems to be a consistent lack of understanding or follow-through from the staff. At this point, it feels less like a one-time mistake and more like a pattern of poor training or lack of attention to detail. I would strongly recommend improving staff knowledge and accountability so customers aren't left dealing with ongoing errors that affect something as important as their mail. Overall, very disappointing experience.

And all of that's before you even get to the counter. Yes, the line gets long from time to time, but they also keep it moving. The postal clerks are helpful and good at problem-solving/special requests. I don't dread this errand, I enjoy it-and that's saying a lot. I've lived in Brandon 20 years next month and the service and facilities here have always been good. I appreciate it.

Kim and Arthur wear the title "manager," but don't let that fool you - they're glorified excuse-makers. Instead of asking "How can we fix this?" their default response is "We can't help." Honestly, I wouldn't trust either of them to walk my dog, much less run a federal facility. When leadership is that bad, the rest of the crew follows suit. Bare-minimum effort is the rule: lost packages, mis-scans, and "not our problem" shrugs are standard operating procedure. They'd rather point fingers at each other than lift one to solve an issue. $600 Gone in One Year Alone Package #1: "Temporary" carrier outright stole it ~ poof, vanished. Package #2: A carrier was too lazy to place the box in the parcel locker, so it sat in plain sight and was snatched within hours. Package #3: I explicitly asked to refuse delivery on a late shipment from a scam company located in China. Carrier dropped it anyway, then supposedly returned it. Now the tracking is a black hole and I'm out another $300. Escalation? A Joke. I spoke with "escalation area manager" Amy Alley - just another dead end. All she did was recycle the same useless apologies and pass the blame. This branch operates like a comedy skit - only nobody's laughing, especially not the customers losing time and money. If you value your parcels ~ or your sanity ~ steer clear of the Oakfield Drive USPS. It's the very definition of postal misery.

I have given my situation to The Most High, Sees EVERYTHING. USPS workers think you are so smart when in fact you are only hurting yourselves and everyone! I had a year P.O. Box. Instead of letting me know my box payment was due they closed my box and put returned to sender on all my mail. They TAMPERED with my mail! To this day the situation has not been corrected. I check back many times only to find out from their superior no one verified my new address. I tried to re-open the same box but this wasn't an option. Seems this location is very incompetent, from their superior's mouth. The many times I was there and no one went out of their way to check this minor detail with a HUGE impact on my life. Washington is full on in the know. Seems this location has lots of issues and when you leave comments it doesn't help them but add to on going issues. I'm not going away. I have learned NOT to drop off my packages here as they never for some reason reach their destination. What "IF" a package was dropped for delivery but instead of shipping it someone stuffed it where they shouldn't of?... What was in the package?
