The most recent is 1) they won't answer their phone so that I can file my complaint which is 2) the carrier that delivers packages walks through our landscaping to put the package on the porch rather than using the walkway we have created. Worst service I have ever used! I sent an iPhone pro Max to Azerbaijan, I insured my package. For two months the parcel could not leave the United States, after that they sent it to China ... where my iPhone was stolen and my parcel was sent from there to Azerbaijan. The mail carrier ran over my mailbox over two weeks again and the Simpsonville office promised to replace it. The local office will not answer their number neither will the Tort Claims office. The carrier kept putting my mail in the broken box on the ground so to avoid having wet damaged mail I canceled home service. FYI - they promised to put the mail on the porch Who is the Postmaster and what is her personal phone number? I'm about ready to go to the police report that was filed and have them find the Postmaster for further investigation. I am very frustrated to say the least. read more

no matter what time of the day - or which day - their phones ALWAYS busy - you will always get a busy tone - so if you have about 2-3 hours to invest in just trying to call -go for it. I swear they take the phone off the hook. There's a picture on here from two years ago of an employee named Mark, with the caption "Mark is superb." Well, I just wanted to echo that. Mark IS superb. This has got to be one of the genuinely nicest and most genuine employees that I have ever encountered anywhere, and extra credit is deserved sinice he's a Goverment employee that is assuredly underpaid and must have to deal with ENDLESS crap day in and day out, from both his customers and his employers. I came in 10 minutes before closing asking for them to check and see if a package that was originally scheduled to be delivered today had maybe made it to their location, despite the tracking info saying "Delayed, in transit from Greenville distribution center" all day. I honestly wasn't expecting them to do anything, but I'm impatient and going out of town tonight, so I just figured that I'd try. Mark has no hesitation. He immediately took down my info and went into the back to physically check and see if my package was there. After taking a day off from work, making an appointment for a picture passport, and gathering all the necessary paperwork AND then showing up 15 minutes early for the appointment (5 minutes early of the 10 minutes asked by them) and then waiting 15 minutes PAST my "appointment" before being recognized I then get told their camera is not working. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR A PICTURE PASSPORT AND TOOK THE DAY OFF WORK FOR IT!!! Is their internet broken as well??? Could they have possibly reached out and NOT wasted my time?? Every time I go into this place it is something else be it short staffed, under staffed, now not even the common courtesy to not waste MY time. If there were ever an example to customer DIS-service, this would be the prime example...I hate I will ever have to re-visit this farce of another example of government failure to the people. read more

I am so sick and tired of this post office constantly delivering mail to the wrong addresses. I have had to bring my neighbors' mail and packages to them, and then I am left wondering what happens to my mail if it's being delivered to the wrong address. I submitted a claim last month through the Veterans Affairs office, and have been diligently watching the mail for this time-sensitive approval letter. But now, more than 30 days later, I call the VA to inquire and they tell me the letter was mailed back on 15 November. More than 30 days ago. Appalling. Who is getting my mail?? What else is not being delivered that I am not aware of? It is not my neighbors' responsibility to hand deliver items that were delivered in error. Get it together, USPS. My son is, as we speak, missing THREE Christmas deliveries from PacSun, and American Eagle. What is with this post office? Simpsonville is a small town and yet we constantly get other people's mail and not receive ours. I'm talking about mail from other streets than our own. We will show a package has been delivered and its nowhere in sight. We constantly have to take mail to the correct addresses since it is not ours. Its mail folks, it cant possibly be that hard to get it right. Forget about trying to call them as you either get a busy signal or you sit for hours, literally, on hold. It's no wonder the postal service is becoming a thing of the past. Who needs this kind of hassle when UPS and FEDEX are able to get my packages here on time and I dont get other mail that doesn't belong to me. As I type this review I am looking at 2 packages that are not mine and do not belong on my street. It must not take much to be a postal carrier nowadays. One last thing ... we recently had a small amount of snow and lower temperatures and they cancelled postal delivery. What happened to "through rain, sleet, snow and hail we will still deliver your mail"? No so much anymore I guess. read more

I was struggling finding a box to fit the package I needed to send and Donna, Postal Worker, quickly took the extra effort to help me. Seemed genuine with her intentions to help which is always nice. I'd like to start out by saying I have never ever in my 57 years experience a post office like this one. Four months ago I put in a change of address because I was moving from the Simpsonville location down to Anderson South Carolina I would get one stitch of mail here and there. I had to go back each week and find my mail on the ground outside of my mailbox that I used to have. I called three times and then told lies by these individuals that they would take care of the situation and I will have my mail and to this day on June 26, 2020 I still do not get my mail delivered to my new home. I'm getting my lawyer involved in this matter because it's vital information gets stolen because of the negligence of this post office I will sue everyone in that post office because they did not do their job and they don't want to do their job for what they get paid for this is ridiculous.
