I've had problems with this USPS facility in the past, mainly with a certain Letter Carrier who gave my dog a very unfair rating , and gave me a very hard time in getting my mail. That individual has moved on, and has been replaced by mostly younger people who do their job without complaint. I appreciate the efforts of these Letter Carriers in making our deliveries on a daily basis despite the terrible global pandemic that was, until recently, epicentered right here in Queens. I salute the courage and dedication of these fine USPS employees, who have been a lifeline during our self-quarantine here at home since 03/18/2020. I am accordingly increasing my rating by one star, and offer my gratitude for their exemplary and essential service. read more

i live across the street trucks pulling in from 330am on beeping and making noise . mail being constantly delivered to tenants that havent lived there in years. mail left on radiator in lobby. when i mail something it takes 3 weeks and when im mailed an invite i either dont get it or it comes 3 weeks later . everyone at my job got w2 except for me . by far the worse USPS ive ever experienced . laziness and lack of care at its best. I think a complaint should be put to the Manhattan post master in charge of all USPS in nyc. Alot of how our mail is handled is actually illegal. So disappointing cant even count on that being done right . read more

I'm not fond of this post office because they love to give mixed signals. Prior to coming here I did my research to see if an appointment was needed to apply for a new passport. No where on the website does it state that you need one. I thought to myself, "Great!" My hunny decided to take me bright and early Saturday morning. As we get there we notice a sign in the lobby that reads passports by appointment only. Once we walked pass the lobby we noticed another sign that read, "Apply For Passports Here". As confused as we were I stood online and inquired about the signs. It was confirmed that passports are by appointments only. Ugh what a waste of time. read more

Horrible post office with pathetic service , they behave like they doing us a favor by showing up at work. One of the man need morning coffee , super annoyed if question asked . Today I asked him why parking lot is full when inside is empty , where should we park ? I am attaching photos of inside the post office and parking lot read more

The absolute worst customer service ever. Seems as if speaking to everyone with an attitude is common. "Just wanting to know where my package is"; this lady associate gets upset with me as if I was bothering her. Routing all shipments around this facility moving forward. read more

The whole front end staff at the facility needs to be change. I've been using the PO because I hv no choice. Customer service stinks. Misinformation is prevalent. I had package delivered to mailroom, I came the same day of notification, male clerk told me package is there and with mail person for my area will deliver it and to return next day if not delivered. Stayed home all day waiting for package, went back next day to inquire about package to be told it was returned to sender yesterday. ‍. If my package was left in mail room, I could hv easy gotten it. But they regard no one. Their attitude is .......next. read more

This post office needs 0 stars if possible. Their customer service is horrendous. I came for a passport appointment. After waiting 1 hour and asking why such a long wait even with an appointment, I was met with super attitude by one of the female postal workers. I was floored and almost gave her good telling off. Lesson learned to NEVER come here again, not worth the wait time or your blood pressure. read more

They never pick up the phone when you call them!! I sometimes get the feeling that some of the staff are slow. Came in a while ago and I had to repeat myself numerous times before they understood what I needed. read more

Slowest place ever. They never answer the phone. The only male that works here is nasty and takes soooo long no matter what he does. Good luck if you want your passport. You make an appointment and the ONE person that does it is always late. If she goes on her lunch break you have to sit and wait an hour. THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE AND NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. read more

I'm really beginning to hate this post office. All they do is lie (saying they delivered a package when they never did), now I just found out a package I was waiting on was returned to sender. Screwed up thing is THEY NEVER EVEN DELIVERED IT TO ME OR LEFT A NOTICE and I as I checked the site to see why it was returned they claim it was "undeliverable as addressed". The sender received it back today and I asked her to show me the address she sent it to, and wouldn't you know it was 100% the correct address. Now you all don't know how to read either. Lord how hard is it to do your damn job. Why are you scanning packages as delivered when it's 7:20 pm and I know your ass isn't delivering mail at that time. I have to call the 800 number about this post office at least once a week. Get it together people. Yelp you need to have a negative star or a zero star rating. read more

Understaffed, understaffed, understaffed. Did I mention this place is understaffed. I'm standing on the line at this very moment, and silently contemplating changing my mailing address. I've never experienced lost packages or failures in delivery. But today was an exception, I ordered an expensive coat for my brother, and have been eagerly awaiting it's arrival. Two days later I realize that it went straight to the facility and was never delivered. So here I am, minutes of my life ticking away, to get a package I should of had two days ago. Tick Tock. It's been 20 minutes now and the line is barely moving... Help Me. read more

1 star because you obviously need a star to make a review! Theeeee worst post office I've ever come across!!! The man tappas is annoyingly slow rude and a flat out liar! I had a hold mail and he said he didn't see a card which means there was no hold mail only for me to call a supervisor and she came back with the card and the mail he allegedly didn't see in the bucket! So I'm guessing there's a new manager here some Jamaican lady who is very rude! She basically said the posy office isn't obligated to hold mail TF! I've consistently had problems with them their customer service sucks and if it wasn't damn near a felony I'd snatch a few wigs and hairpieces (tappas) TF OFF read more

Laziest employees I've ever seen, and a manager who doesn't seem to give a f*ck. The older south-asian male employee constantly picks up the line, tells to please hold, and then hangs up. I don't know how they've been employed for so long with these standards. I hope this gets resolved. read more

THE WORST POST OFFICE EVER! The man that works there in the morning had such a nasty attitude, lacks knowledge on the prices and fees for shipments, typed the address up wrong, slowest worker there, and obviously hates his job. When asking questions he didn't know he got an attitude and talked down to me as if I was beneath him. I understand this is the holiday time and it can become overwhelming working in that environment but don't take it out on me. I work in customer service and constantly have to work in a fast paced environment and keep a smile. He needs more customer service training and maybe a transfer! read more

Literally the worst customer service. I called & left my phone in my pocket while I was on hold and 2 hours later (!!) still no answer. Decided to drive over after work to see a line to the door & almost everyone who was there left unsatisfied. They are understaffed & those who work there are rude and not helpful at all. read more

I have mail in my mailbox since Thursday, December 6 that is NOT mine. Left it sticking up in mailbox with a post it stating it is NOT mine. Here it is December 11 and it is still in my mailbox. The postal carrier keeps shoving it in the box along with the new mail. I was trying to call the Queens Village post office to tell them and I am now waiting on the line for 2 hours and 16 minutes as all the customer service representatives are busy assisting other people. I finally just hung up as apparently they do not answer calls either. read more

Worst customer service I have ever received!!! Everyone is super LAZY, super rude and disrespectful. If these people don't want to do THEIR job, there are a million other people looking for a position. If I could put -0000000 stars I would. This is an absolute failure of an establishment and they should be embarrassed!!! read more

This is one of the worst post offices that I have ever visited. I will drive to Bayside, Great Neck or even Oakland Gardens. If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I guess it earns one star because it is nearby, a main branch and it is open until 5pm. Other than that, avoid this post office if you can. The customer service is terrible, the employees, including the manager are rude and incompetent. The postal workers who work for this branch are thieves and apparently cannot read. Packages go missing, are not delivered, lost, stolen, delivered to the wrong address (repeatedly) and the branch manager do nothing about this and blame the customer! The said thing is that I actually love the post office and they are vital need. However, because of this branch, I wish the Post Office would go bankrupt. I have put a call out to the news networks, but they seem to only care if a worker goes postal. I will try and direct my complaints to the Post Master General, but they don't seem to care either. Let's see what happens. read more

Looonnnnng, slow lines (for a basic service like mail) looking like something otta the 3rd world, with one or two persons behind the counter, NO real parking (forget about that tiny parking lot there) Phone # that never gets answered, Poor staffing= poor or No Service. Get that USPS? read more

Slow and understaff... Employees just take their time and not too worried about the long line that's forming. Would definitely drive to another one. Forget trying to call their number, it never gets answered. Not sure who is running this place but it's going down hill. read more

If I could give it zero stars I would. The worst post office in America! So many times I've orders so many things that were just dropped off in front of my apartment door and got stolen. The mailman never leaves a note for me to go to the post office to pick up the package, he just leaves it there for anyone to steal. I have reported them again and again and nothing happens. Today I was expecting a package and never got a ring or knock on my door. My next door neighbor was kind enough to knock on my door and tell me there was a package for me just sitting there in the lobby near the mailboxes for anyone to steal. They're so horrible I've even thought of going to another post office and paying for a PO box just so I wouldn't have to deal with those incompetent fools!!! read more

The worst post office ever !!! This place should just do themselves a favor and be closed down. They don't make any kind of difference with our community. I've never experienced such bad service like this. I was supposed to receive a package they mailed it out to my neighbors house instead of mine. My neighbors how ever don't speak English !!!! Still haven't gotten my package yet , and it's not my responsibility to go into anybody's property and ask them for my stuff ...... Completely unsatisfied.... Will try my best to buy everything in stores next time read more

I only come to this post office because they are opened until 4 PM on Saturdays and the one closer to me doesn't open on Saturday. Every time I come here I've dealt with very long lines and poor service. I once paid for expedited service of my passport here and they lost it. They have a parking lot but it's very small and hard to get around. This is a convenient post office time wise but that's about it. Today, I came here to inquire about postage paid envelopes for my company as I read on the USPS website and the teller had no idea what I was talking about though I was very clear. read more

Sigh, what to say about this Post Office lol. It's close to my house which is a plus, BUT there are those days when you get there at the wrong time and you're waiting in line forever. That time is usually when they are doing passports and there's only like one other window open. The workers are pretty nice except some days when they display a bit of an attitude. read more

I want to give this place 0 stars but there isn't an option. 3 Days my girlfriend has been waiting for a package and they haven't delivered. Now they are saying that they can't find the package. A gentleman named Tapas doesn't have a care in the world about what's going on or even how to help people with there packages. This Post Office needs to be shut down and the employees here need to be fired. I don't even think they (employees) care if there fired. Nobody seems to know what's going on here at this location. They will take your number down all the time say that they will call you and nobody does. Same cycle over and over. If there is away that you can tell the carrier not to deliver here please do it. The supervisor here is no help. read more

wow, i shoulda believed the reviews. these people are rude especially for an important office like this. take that to mcdonald's. i went in and waited 2 hours for them to tell me i didn't have a passport appointment even though i had a confirmation email. for the amount of bad reviews they have they should definitely rehire, or make a more competent location in charge of passports. read more

This is the worst Post office that I've ever been to. I don't know where management is in here. There's only one employee who actually works here, and it's a guy(I'm not sure of his name, but he's usually at the second window. The rest just do whatever they want. An employee was fixing envelopes while there were about twenty customers on the line. The wait to receive service is about forty minutes or more on an early morning Monday, so I can't imagine a Saturday. If you don't want to waste time do yourself a favor and go to another post office. read more

Terrible Terrible Terrible. We are a high school. The service is unprofessional, the supervisor is rude. The mail doesn't get delivered. You cannot contact them. No one answers the phone. I have put in complaints and nothing gets done. read more

if i can give negative stars i will. this is absolutely the worst post office ever on earth. my packages get delivered on the incorrect days, or lost, no one answers the phone, in person is horrible service also. they need to get it together and serve the community in a correct manner!!!!!! i absolutely hate getting any packages through usps read more
