I took precautions such as, quarantine for 4 work days and had informed our Supervisor Vaughn through Messages (phone number). They said I was let go because it was only a seasonal position - mind you, it was never said on emails, in orientation, or anywhere else. I believe they fired me because I got covid. What's even WORSE: We were told $18 an hr (everyone that was at my orientation) and nobody knew what we were talking about. * I stayed and they honored it. Showing up to work to be told that you can go home sometimes within 1st minute - 1 hour. * one time the supervisor did text us saying we didn't have to show up. They took advantage of not just me- other people too. By NEVER informing us it was SEASONAL. * Many company's can get lawsuits for (WRONGFUL) CONSTRUCTIVE DISMISSAL- Look up the definition * Our supervisor also, if you missed a day, the next workday, he would move you to a different position that wasn't your normal area just to make the time being there worse for you.
