They took our entire contents of our house and said they would have it to us in about a week out of state. Well, turns out they emptied all of our stuff into their warehouse (I have photos from someone who sent them to me) and then used the truck for other moves...keeping our entire lives for a MONTH before we begged them to please bring it. Trucks broke down, can't find help...one line after another. Then, when it arrived they upped the price, asked for a cashier check or cash or wouldn't release..we were desperate and heart broken. Finally, we got our lives back and a broken large screen Mac Computer. It was one of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, lying business I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY! I was also harassed with emails when I posted this on Yelp to take down my honesty. Not okay. Never called to apologize help...nothing. A CON GAME FOR SURE. I stand by my words here. The machines don't take quarters so I tried using my credit card... I got an error message. I tried a second even more expensive machine. No luck. Imagine hating your customer base so much that you don't allow change or personal credit/debit cards, but you force them to buy a special card to use on your machines. True story. September 2023. Issues with three bikes, two of which were en route to Montreal on…read morebike trail. Bike shop further south declared one problem unresolvable. Bicycle Rack put on a clinic for on-the-spot effective repairs. A seat on an older bike was properly repaired and adjusted for the rider, a crooked pedal fixed and adjusted on the second bike. Finally, a flat on tubeless gravel bike was resolved with a superior and less expensive product. Cost was on point. Exemplary with a vengeance.

Dryers took forever, adding cost while they failed to function properly. One washing machine broke after I put my detergent and money in. As I was folding I realized my clothes picked up an awful smell from the washers and/or dryers and I spent $75 more dropping off my then-stinky clothes down the road to be redone because I was pressed for time. Owner said he would reimburse me, asked for my address to send a check, and never followed through. Months later, when I called to ask why, he said I needed to send him a receipt, something he initially said wasn't needed. I never bothered digging up my bank records or retrieving receipts from the log books where they did a much better job (across from the bus station). Just vowed to share my experience of their awful environment and the owner's idea of service in a review at some point. So now you know.
