I'm kind of afraid to review it for fear of blowing up my spot, but this post office is always on point. There is almost never a line and when there is a line it is typically just one person in front of you. The staff is super awesome - always friendly and helpful and even remembers your name if you show up regularly.

3 times in the past 4 months we received our car insurance bill 7 days before due. Mailed it out 6…read moredays before due and was charged a late fee for them receiving it 7 days after due. Several times the electric bill did not show up until after the due date and last time that one showed up the day after the new bill arrived. Now I'm dealing with Comcast who doubled billed me because they did not receive the previous month check. Had to mail a double payment and cancel the previous. Now I'm being notified that they received that first check, (on the same day I mailed the second) but the bank rejected it and Comcast is going to charged me for the bank refused late check.

I've used this Post Office a few times in the past month and received very good customer service. The time arrived was 10-11am and it has been an in & out stop on both occasions. The postal workers were fast and friendly...unlike other USPS locations I've visited--left poor Yelp reviews. But this place would get 5 stars if it was more updated and maintained a professional appearance. Let me clarify, this place isn't tore up trashy looking, but it can improve on the presentation of the papers/advertising on the walls. Am I being too picky, maybe...but I am being honest. Moreover, the customer service is the most important part of a Post Office, so this location has the hardest part accomplished. The other stuff are easy fixes.

Hit and miss. They post their hours as 11:30am-4:30pm, but it's pretty random. I've been in there…read moreat various times during that span and found the door locked, with a line of confused looking people standing around waiting for it to open. Not good when you're trying to make a quick stop on your lunch break, and the closest other post offices are on Fort Dix or out in Wrightstown. Then, on the occasions that I have found them open, it almost never fails that I'll stand there and wait while the clerks finish screwing around on their cell phones, finish (obviously personal) phone conversations, or stand around talking to someone else behind the counter, totally ignoring any customers that might be waiting. Your best bet is to drive over to the Dix or Wrightstown Post Offices. You've got a much better chance of accomplishing your business in a reasonable amount of time.

Worst post office in the world! the heavy set diversity hire with braids refused to mail my…read morepackage!!! as soon as i walk in she yells at me to go stand over in the corner where this little sign is at even though no one was at the counter. then as i am reading some posters she yells at me to go stand behind the sign. then when i ask her a question about the shipping rates she refused me service and went to hide in the back. worse yet. another customer comes in and she waddles up to the counter to give them a change in address form. stretching around me to give them the form. My favorite time in recent years is when I was told I could not pick up cancer medications for my dying mother because I wasn't her. Even after presenting power of attorney and a signed and certified letter from her, they said my mother had to come in and get the medications herself. She could no longer walk or travel, so we never got them. Just this past week I was told that no packages could be sent to countries where the addresses are not in English. So, if you do business with any but a fraction of nations, you are out of luck. I've also been told that boxes from other companies (UPS, Amazon, etc.) cannot be reused if their logo shows. And taping over them doesn't count. So plain, unmarked boxes only! On the upside, this is a great place to go if you want to be sneered at by the employees for walking through the door. My advice- go to the Mount Holly post office up the road. They don't seem angry to handle mail and aren't invested in killing your parents.

After a few weeks, I called and asked about it. They THEN informed me that they needed the charger. Unbeknownst to me, my daughter did not drop the charger off with the scooter. But I had to call them to find this out????So she dropped off the charger. Some time goes by, and I once again call to inquire. I am now informed that they can't get an answer from the manufacturer. Well I COULD HAVE CALLED THE MANUFACTURER!!! So he could not repair without contacting them??? I NEVER spoke to "LENNY", if in fact Lenny exists. Always spoke to a woman over the phone. I have stopped by repeatedly. Doors are locked and no lights on. Even though within posted hours of operation. She informed me over the phone that they could not find anyone that wanted to work for them. So that's MY problem?!?!?! FINALLY- THEY arranged an appointment with me to pick it up. 11 AM Saturday, 1018/2025. No one was there and the woman Sandy? Would not answer the phone or respond to my texts. I am going to report this to the police as a theft of my property. VERY, VERY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! UPDATE--- I finally retrieved my property. The woman was very nice and polite. Unfortunately, I must stand by my review. Very unprofessional experience.
