I recommend if you need to go here but you probably will to get your passport just pick your patience. The gentleman who everyone Ranson raves about on yelp and or Google is not so much as rude as he just doesn't have much of a personality. I didn't really find him to be rude even after I had to wait for him for 10 minutes after his collar told him someone is waiting to get a passport. The customer service is not HORRIBLE just take your patience :)

He will remind you each and every time to next time change it, even if your address is otherwise. It's incredibly annoying, plus never once been asked to do this elsewhere. It was just before the Christmas and I went to this post office to ask the clerk's help to mail a gift internationally. He kept yelling at me that mailing vitamins is against the law. There was no explanation or demonstration of which law was violated when I asked him. Then another guy appeared coldly telling me that the store was about to be closed and that I should leave. This terrible experience destroyed my holiday spirit and haunted me for weeks. Till now, I still feel scared to go into this post office to use their service.

I grew up in Weirton and this post office was the only one that I knew for years. I recently went…read morein again for the first time in probably 20 years and had no problems. No doubt I was fortunate that there wasn't a line as is the norm during the holiday season, but the service was friendly and surprisingly fast. The place looks exactly the same as it did when I was a child, so going in felt a bit like stepping into the past. I started this review in December of 2017 and have held out on finishing it as it is now June of 2018 and my package never arrived. I do not know where in the process of mailing and delivery things went wrong, but the last known location via tracking was Centennial, CO. Therefore, I will not place blame on the Weirton branch. I am still incredibly frustrated that my package was lost and the situation has in no way been resolved, but I will seek to solve the problem elsewhere in the chain of command and well beyond this location.
