I order a lot from Amazon and as most of their customers know... they use the largest boxes for the smallest of things. So I usually have to go in to get my packages. We've printed tons of promo/ad type things here too and everything has always turned out great and reasonably priced. It's nice to be able to do everything at one store. Even if some things are more expensive here vs the post office, the convenience of this place makes it worth it. Everyone is easy to work with, efficient and friendly. I can't say enough positive things about this place and its workers.

Come inside, don't expect a big cabin. What it does contain is photographs, movie lore and a room full of Western artifacts from several westerns John Wayne was involved in. It's a little hidden but as soon as you see the cabin 'you've found it'!! Bathrooms and a nice little theater are adjacent. Lots of parking.

The same old white guy told me to always put the P.O. Box number on the package and we always do and we always tell people who sends us package. This time he was passive aggressive about it! I told him we always tell people to put our box number on there and it's out of my control. Something needs to be done about this guy. He either needs a customer service training or a new job! I called them and they said they have no knowledge of me ever being a recipient of the books. When I told them I already gotten 1 and it had the right info on it for delivery the lady on the phone got quiet and didn't want to help me anymore. Then in July my mom sent me something, I got a slip in the mail stating I needed to pay postage to be able to pick it up. I went into the post office and the lady told be she had nothing for my address even after showing her the slip. Someone is either stealing my books and mail or they are completely negligent with people's belongings. It is ridiculous and frustrating. My baby girl is missing out on her books (we check the mail everyday hoping they will show up and they never do) My mom is also upset I couldn't get what she had sent me as it was a sentimental gift that was my little sisters that she wanted my daughter to have. Uhaul is very specific about the fact that it wasn't a reservation even though they were glad to take my credit card information and tell me to pick it up at 12:00, it was only an order. Showed up and was told that they didn't have the car dolly I needed. Called customer service and Joe tried to help and told me he would put me in for a $50 credit since the equipment wasn't available. I was then transferred to an area traffic manager that told me the equipment was due to be returned at 1:30. Then she told me I wouldn't be given the $50 credit since it was a same day reservation. Apparently customers only matter if they make the reservation more than a day in advance. I then asked for a manager and was told there wasn't one. After I repeated my request several times I was given the managers #. The manager was just as worthless refusing to do anything to make the situation better and then calling me a liar. The situation could have been easily resolved but it would have cost Uhaul $35 to do so by allowing me a car transport trailer instead of a dolly but that money was way more important to Uhaul than customer service.
