When confronted with something they have done wrong that ruined a sign we ordered, they turned on us as if we had unreal expectations. Our signs need to be presentable and without glue, marks, or flaws of any kind on the visible surface. It seems like an honest and fair expectation. After all, they are SIGNS! As soon as I complained about a sign that arrived with glue very visible on the sign, I became public enemy number one. I will never use Atlas again. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Especially if you need or expect high quality craftsmanship.
