I called today 2/12/2025 at 4:00pm and got a gentleman on the line. I told him that we have had…read moremail not reaching its destination and one piece was in a brown 10x11 envelope which had some personal information in it. He started getting defensive with me asking me "So what are you saying?" "Are you saying this is the mail carriers fault?!" I told him I have to start with the mail carrier because I don't know what comes next. For 22 years our bills have been getting paid and for 22 years we have never had our mail dumped in front of our mail box, when our neighbors still had theirs and nobody else had mail on the ground in the cul-de-sac. He yelled at me and said that his mail carriers are not going to risk their job for a $20 check. Well, it wasn't a $20 check more like $200 and it had a checking account number and the other larger envelop had a SSI number. Regardless, he felt he was being attacked which was not the case and he felt he needed to act tough. I just wanted answers to why nobody had gotten back to me after I filled out a form as to what was going on and never recieved an answer. Most people working for a company do not get this defensive, then he just hung on the line and didn't say anything as I kept asking, 'Are you there?' "Hey, are you still on the phone?" after which seconds had gone by and he finally said, 'yeah'. Really absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any post office. Please start hiring those in this country that really want jobs. I have no clue where you are getting these people, but they certainly are not of the military type.

I called and talked to another gal who went crawling through the mass pile of boxes trying to locate the messed up labeling (my fault not anyone there). She took my name and number said when she located them she'd call me back...In which she did 5-10 minutes later. After getting ahold of Amazon to correct the shipping labels i texted the managers private phone with correct info and label identification as to what goes on which package. She took care of it while still running the store with a pile of people coming in. Cant say enough about the above and beyond assistance they provided for me today. Every one of them I had a wonderful interaction with. If there was 10 stars it wouldn't be enough, this kind of customer service is unheard of these days.. Thank you!!! Todd T

Needed to drop off my Old Navy returns at the UPS store. There is a self serv kiosk for returns…read morewith return labels but the kiosk said the 'Happy Returns' had to be done with an associate. ( Returns of Old Navy/Gap/Banana Republic) Stood in a somewhat long line, but it went fast, the associates were quick to get everyone thru. Nice space in a strip mall off of Hwy 65 and 125th/Main street exit. Plenty of parking. They have a copy machine and items for purchase such as sharpies/markers, padding, envelopes, packing tape, etc A convenient place for returns and any office supplies needed.

The guy…read moreworking at the counter appeared frustrated with me for simply showing up to my appointment and said I would have to wait because he can only do so much when he's the only person scheduled and his colleague didn't show up until later in the morning (that's a management problem, not a customer problem). There was only one person who had entered after me with a package. I agreed to wait until he helped the person who came in after me since he seemed so frazzled. I ended up waiting for him to help three people who came in after me to send a package, print, and some other random task. The guy who came in with the random task was a man with a thick Spanish accent--and the UPS worker was so rude to him. Again, with apparently no customer service skills yelled at the guy that he was wasting his time, which he doesn't have time to waste, and that he wished the guy would have told him what he needed sooner. It honestly made me so uncomfortable and I only stayed because I couldn't make an appointment elsewhere. The notary was $5 but definitely not worth the UPS-created stress. 10/10 would not recommend coming to this location.

Since that time, it has become very important for receiving packages because there's too many porch pirates out in the community. So all of my packages go to this UPS store. All the people who have worked here have been very very nice. The last owner and the current owner not only are good business people, but they must be good employers because they keep their employees for quite some time. It's fun to watch the new employees learning all of the wonderful skills that come with working at UPS. I really enjoy talking with the people at this UPS store. They are very helpful. I watch them deal with some pretty difficult orders and people and they have excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend this UPS store.

Then the other day I shipped a family heirloom from the store to my son in Boston. Alas, it got waylaid and even with the tracking number and insurance, neither my son there nor I here could locate it. So I went back to the store on Grand for help and to "complain," and without hesitating the staff jumped to help and in less than five minutes the shipment had been tracked down in Boston. Lu even called me with an update too! Now the issue will be resolved.
