The drop off locations are clearly marked. 3. The employees are helpful because they always answer my questions and don't mind weighing my packages to confirm that the weight matches the shipping label! (My scale at home only goes up to 3 lbs.) 4. The staff always make sure I get the best rate by reviewing all available shipping options! Whoop! 5. The location is perfect....very easy to access with plenty of parking available. 6. FedEx picks up around 5ish....which gives me most of the afternoon to prep my packages for shipment! Bonus!! 7. Some of the services they offer are passport photos, shipping via UPS, Fed Ex, and the other major carrier that is 3 letters long and starts with a D (I have a terrible memory and that's the only reason I'm not listing that company's name). They also rent mail boxes. Need a bag of packing peanuts they'll get you fixed up. Need to send money via Western Union yep, they can do that too. Need to fax something, yep another thing they can do. Price wise I suspect they may be a little higher than some places, but for a small company I think they do good at not over inflating their pricing. I've always received friendly service so that's a very good thing they've got going for them. Stop in and see them if you need one of their services (which I'm sure there are several I've not mentioned) and I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am.
