We have people in the office who usually accept packages but this required our signature so we went to the office to see what to do. We were the only people when we walked in. Two gentlemen being the counter greeted us and listened to our problem. They explained why it couldn't be delivered and went to the back to see if the package was back but no. So they suggested coming back at 4 when the package should definitely be back. (Carriers come back around 3 but unload the truck so 4 is safer). They were extremely nice helping us.
