Checkout completed within 3 minutes of arriving at the center. Documents handed to me in pristine condition, despite being a 36 x 48" print. If I were to roll up a brand new document that size, it would be dented and creased. They didn't do that. The people at the New Ballas location are pros and are nice as well. The price seemed reasonable for big one-off black and white prints. Haven't shipped anything for at least a decade out of there so I can't speak to that.

I had to demand a refund. Not even the manager seemed to be concerned about how I had been treated.

You won't get that why are you here stare . Took little longer because of previous appointment ran late. We opted to take photo there and they gave back a 2*2 photo. Basically it's two photos for $15.00 Tips to save time during passport renewal: 1. Book an appointment online. You can't book same day. I would recommend just book it even though you are not ready with everything so that you have something scheduled. 2. Visit before and get the passport form and fill it before appointment date or download the form online. 3. Bring a check book or have cash for money order 4. Don't worry about required photocopies. As long as you have originals, they are happy to make it for you which is not mentioned anywhere on website . 4. If you are applying for a minor under 16 and if both parents has to be present and sign. If not get DS-3053 signed in front of notary.

Every time I go to this…read morelocation, people work alone, but I must say there was a gentleman named James Brooks working alone. I had a long transaction and did not mind him taking care of other people who came in after me. I must say, this guy was juggling a lot with all the people who came in. I stood there and watched him for a while. After he got the line down, he would come back to me to try to finish my transaction. Then another cluster of people would come in. I wanted to help this guy so bad, so I stayed patient and told him he didn't have to rush. Finally, we finished my transaction; he stayed calm, collected, and professional the whole time. No complaining about anything. So I was compelled to write this review. I was a supervisor in a store, and I understood what it's like to not have enough workers to do the job. Best performance I've seen from a customer service employee in a long time. One more point: people need to learn compassion, be patient, and not be so rough on employees. Wait until your impatience replaces these people with AI. All because Americans can't wait and want it NOW!!! The land of snobs, bullies, prejudice, ignorance, and privilege.
