It is nearly 5 pm, 6 people in line and only one window open. Yesterday, 2 Windows 8 people waiting. Workers friendly.

I had to ship my wedding flowers to a company that was going to preserve my bouquet for me, which…read moreneeded to be expedited of course so the flowers wouldn't die. I paid almost $300 for OVERNIGHT shipping to ensure they would be there. I shipped them out Monday afternoon and its 1.5 hours until Thursday and the tracking says they are still in Columbia. I'm beyond livid. I paid $500 already to the company and now $300 for my flowers to be in a box for the past 4 days. I wrote all over the box "RUSH, PERISHABLE, WEDDING FLOWERS, FRAGILE, ^^ THIS SIDE UP ^^." The employee was already tilting the box and obviously didn't care what was inside. The website is complete shit and I can't even find an email to speak with someone about this. I will most likely have to purchase replacement flowers to get preserved now since mine are guaranteed to be wilted and dead from my wedding this past Saturday. Honestly a heartbreaking experience. UPS and FedEx were way more expensive for overnight shipping, but at this point I wish I would've went with them.

Came on a Saturday morning, noticed it is a self service post office. Very sure during certain…read morehours they have clerks to help those with their stuff. Went to the kiosk, had a little difficulty entering address and Apt number a few times until it got it correctly to be sent to NY. It is best to measure your box, since it ask for the length, width and depth. Overall, Ok experience, except for the address entry with apt number that kept giving an error. Advice: enter address & apt on same line and click to keep it that way and not correct it.

This is a pretty bad post office, which is disappointing because considering its location, size,…read moreand historical significance, it should theoretically serve as the model for all the post offices in the metropolitan area. I've come here many times to try and buy stamps, and I don't think there's been one (1) time where they've had a full sheet of stamps for me to buy. They either have a half-sheet, 2-3 individual stamps, or direct me to use the kiosk, which I don't like doing. Second, a lot of the times when I try to use the drive-up blue collection box, it's stuffed full to the point of being impossible to even put mail into it. Finally, and perhaps most frustratingly, I had to mail something off after work one day, and dropped it in the outside blue box at 4:58 p.m., just in time for them to come out and collect it. Well, because it was an important piece of mail, I waited in my car for about thirty (30) minutes to make sure that they were going to collect it, and nobody ever came out to pick it up. So, as a result, it's going to look like I did not mail it out in time, when in reality, I rushed to the post office to make sure I got it off in time. The only thing that saves this office from a one-star review is that as a big fan of both minimalist and brutalist architecture, I love the aesthetic of the building. At first glance, it looks kind of ugly, but it gradually grows on you, and has become a signature part of the city's skyline. I just wish that I could say the same about the quality of service. While this post office might be the most accessible to most people, I would try to find a different location, even if it's a little less convenient, if you're able.

The staff are friendly and kind to the customers it wasn't crowd. I got out the Post office and the…read morePost office was very clean. plus the outside was clean also . When I walk in the Post office while I was waiting in line they were really quick.

Parking can be a challenge when the shopping center is packed. I have either parked in the adjacent parking spaces and walked across or I have circled around and caught one in the front on my lazy days. This post office is small, and in the center of the full-length shopping center, but it is definitely in the cut. In fact, if you are distracted you may overlook it. I like it because most days, if you are lucky, you can be in and out. On the days when it is a line, it moves fairly quickly. The line is single filed from the inside to the outside as their Covid safety precautions do not allow more than 3 in the service area at a time. There are people in the lobby preparing their packages to then get in line or drop off. There is no regulation on how many people that can be in the lobby area. Once you get to the desk in the service area, there's a clear barrier between you and the agent with hand sanitizer present. There is a self-service kiosk here which I've tried to operate multiple times, but I just cannot get it or it does not service my needs. I wish there were more self service options to alleviate the need to stand in line. The customer service is pretty decent here as well. The agents will make you return to the lobby from the service area if your package is not completely ready for shipment. I suppose this is for safety. They do provide you with tape for your package which is extremely helpful. If you have questions, someone will step out to help you. There has been times when there has been only one person working the desk and the line has moved very slow. I either wait patiently or leave and return another time. This is definitely a time of challenge for us all during this pandemic time, so when you take that into consideration, this location is doing pretty good.
