Although quite expensive, the packing that Joe did was a masterpiece of cardboard and bubble wrap engineering. I imagine it would be on a par with what's expected when shipping museum pieces. He was also thoughtful to delay shipment while there was heavy rain in Tom's River, New Jersey to avoid cardboard damage. See attached photo for the internal-most bubble wrap protection. I highly recommend this place to ship anything valuable.

There was a dinner plate sized hole in the side of the box and all of the knobs on the unit had taken such a hard impact that they had burst through all of the packing materials. Several of the knobs were broken off and looked like they had been crushed with a hammer. The store manager had asked me to explain to UPS all of the damage done BY the ups shipment and asked that they reinforce the packaging any way they could. The counter person referred me to the manager who absolutely refused to do anything. This is consistent with every other time I've visited this location. Take your packages anywhere else, because these people don't care about you or your satisfaction at all.
