I went to this store Monday to ship a returned item. A $6000 piece of electronic equipment was…read moreshipped to me by UPS and it arrived looking like they had used it as a shot put. There was a dinner plate sized hole in the side of the box and all of the knobs on the unit had taken such a hard impact that they had burst through all of the packing materials. Several of the knobs were broken off and looked like they had been crushed with a hammer. The store manager had asked me to explain to UPS all of the damage done BY the ups shipment and asked that they reinforce the packaging any way they could. The counter person referred me to the manager who absolutely refused to do anything. This is consistent with every other time I've visited this location. Take your packages anywhere else, because these people don't care about you or your satisfaction at all.

They said they had to paint the wall so next week when I came in I asked where is it and do they plan to put it back? The Post Master there said her boss told her to take it down and not to put it back up. I asked for his name and they she refused to give it to me. I asked were the board was she said Tom has it so I said where is Tom"I don't know". So I hope this board wasn't thrown in the trash because I don't think that are fallen soldiers are trash. And if they did I want her boss fired or for him to resign. Please join me in this fight.
