Also reassured me when I called back wondering if they'd have to break up the bundled pile to pack it in a more bulky manner and increase the price. Then on dropping off the shipment suddenly the price more than doubled, hundreds of dollars extra! But under time constraints we couldn't just bubble wrap it ourselves and put it in the original box size Rachel had identified, so agreed to the upcharge, feeling resentful of the bait and switch. But a day or two later Rachel called to say that when she went to pack it, she was actually able to fit it fine in the original size box the way we had discussed, and that she was refunding the difference in price! Got the shipment, expertly bubble wrapped, and now the big box has been repurposed by my kid as a "jet plane." Thank you Rachel!
