Was told about Laundry basket by a friend for the tanning since I was just looking for a good price for unlimited tanning the month leading up to my wedding. The facility is nice and clean for the laundry as well as tanning. When it comes to tanning I loved how I wasn't pressured to buy lotions or anything. I honestly wish there was a way to rate this business at zero stars. So today I take what was a worth maybe 2-3 loads of laundry's worth of clothes in to this place. The lady at the counter who was weighing my bags was extremely rude and kept trying to rush me through the sale. She then tried to charge me $102 dollars for like I said before was at most 3 loads of laundry. I immediately said no and gathered all my belongings and left. Total ripoff! Everyone needs fast laundry service and the wash machines here are large enough for several loads at a time. Also, they have Apple Pay access on the machines which makes it supper convenient not to have to find quarters or load a card. *Problematic Staff* I entered the laundromat and saw two people not wearing masks. I looked at the laundry attendant who then approached the unmasked couple and said "that woman over there is looking at me like I need to ask you to wear your masks." This staff member apologized to the couple and reluctantly requested that they put on their masks. The man, upset but the request to put his mask on, then harassed me while I folded my laundry and watched me as I walked out to my car, shouted "F*CK YOU" when he left. When I tried to explain to the staff that they had put me in danger by placing the blame on me, instead of enforcing the statewide mandate themselves, I didn't get an apology or any recognition of wrong doing. When I asked what would have happened if this man had become aggressive they had no answer. I explained that I was afraid to come back and get my clothes and again all three staff just looked at me, did not accept responsibility or apologize. I usually recommend this laundromat to people, but on several visits my partner and I have seen really problematic safety concerns like staff not wearing masks when handing over large orders of clean clothes and not wearing masks for extended periods of time with the excuse of "drinking coffee." None of this is easy, but the staff watched this man make remarks at me while I folded (called me a "Karen", told me to wash the door handles) and did nothing, it was only as he was leaving and shouted "F*CK you" that one of them told him that his behavior was not okay in the parking lot. When I confronted the staff about this situation they said "maybe he shouldn't be asked back here" but I doubt this measure will be enforced. We will not be going back to this laundromat. read more

I get it. No one wants to do laundry. But if you just got to get it done-this is your place. Great hours/super clean/really good folks. Seriously, what more can you ask for? Tons of really well maintained machines and loads of folding areas. Shoot-you can even improve your tan while your delicates tumble! I have been going here for months and actually look forward to bringing in all of our gear and knocking it out in less than two hours. Super clean and super friendly folks. First off, I really like this place. I have lived in different cities across the country, and until this experience I considered it the cleanest, safest, laundry mat with terrifically friendly staff. And then I came in at 6:40pm on a Friday night. The place closes at 8pm, so I figured that would give me an hour to wash and dry my clothes. However, the jerk-- a guy in his early to mid 20s-- working this evening decided to argue that I would not have enough time to wash and dry my clothes before 8pm. After some debate, I said that if they were opened till 8, I would be out by 8. He told me that I had better watch my dry time, and went to vacuuming the floor-- a task generally saved for the half hour after close at every job I've ever worked. I hope that the owners read this and are able to clarify their policy. If customers aren't allowed to do laundry after 6:30 pm, as this employee seemed to think, then they should have that posted. If they are allowed to wash and dry clothes until close, I hope that they clarify that with their employee. read more

Well I don't use laundromat often and boy have things improved since I did. I came in at 7am as I don't like crowds when I'm washing my dirty drawers, and the place was pretty quiet. Absolutely spotless, smelled clean, spacious, the washers and dryers all looked brand new to me, huge laundry/folding area with laundry carts that all looked new. TV's on the ceiling. There were tables and chairs as well to sit and relax. All the washers and dryers took credit/debit cards as well as change and dollar bills, loved this. They had a vending machine with all the laundry supplies you would need and more that also took debit/credit. Bit pricey so bring your own detergent would be my only suggestion but that's no surprise. Also had a good/snack vending area and coffee. Hands down the nicest laundromat I've ever been in they were super friendly. I was in and out with two loads in an hour. Also offered tanning in the back which I didn't partake in and they had dry cleaning. Five stars all the way! read more

Our washer broke down, so we had to use a laundromat. This place had good reviews, so we tried it. An attendant promptly greeted us to assist, as we looked a bit lost, I'm sure. We haven't been in a laundromat for 50 years or so. This place is very very clean with great equipment and a very helpful attendant. She provided assistance on how to use the washer, the dryer and even the coffee machine. While waiting, we noticed the attendant cleaning the washers, mopping the floor, sweeping, and helping others. Even the restroom was spotless. Highly recommend!! This place has service that goes way over the top! read more

One of the family who owns it helped me as this was the first time in years and things have changed. She was very helpful. Reminder to self :-) new machines don't need much soap. I've been to the laundry basket a few times and I can tell you the last visit I had was absolutely absurd. I was mischarged on my card when the machine malfunctioned and they refused to offer me a refund!!! After that i was told that it's only a small amount of money so I should just deal with it because they aren't fixing it. When I was at the laundromat a man arrived washing clothes COVERED IN FECES which fill the entire laundromat in a terrible smell..... I'll never be back. Worst laundromat ever.. read more

Twice we have been there to do our laundry and spent approximately $30.00 dollars each time and each time we have been kicked out abruptly. Although the place is clean the help is very unfriendly. Both times that we have been there we were rushed out. Our stuff was completely dry and was mostly folded up. It was a couple minutes before 8 pm which is when they close and the old woman came up to my wife and told her I quote * You're going to have to pack the rest of your stuff up and leave, we are closing* We had approximately 5 minutes left of folding. What kind of business does that when they still had stuff to clean up and we were not in their way. We will never go there again, so they have technically lost around $120.00 - $150.00 dollars a month in revenue. Would not recommend this place to anyone. read more
