I believe it was the sales manager who completely took advantage of my father when trying to purchase my mother a package and flat out lying about what she had previously purchased. Watch what you are signing up for because not all the consultants will give you the correct information. I paid for something without being told that I would be charged a full payment only to be told that they then couldn't void the charge. Luckily the manager was helpful when I called to inform me that the consultant had given me the wrong information. Today I Had to call to have my bed turned on and was told it would be reset. Waited 3 minutes, called the desk again to have no answer eventually having to get dressed and go talk to the front desk only to be treated like I was annoying her. Multiple negative experiences at this location. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

I went in to use one of these sessions and a girl with dark hair named Sam immediately gave me a bad experience. She was in the middle of chatting with someone when I got there (which is fine) but got annoyed when I came up to the counter and returned her to "work". I told her about my package and she looked in my account then snapped that I didn't have anything like that and that I would need to buy a membership to tan that day. I knew this was a lie and I said no thanks and walked out. I went back the next day to another girl who didn't have a problem at all pulling up my package and I got to tan. I want to like this place because it's fairly clean but if you want to avoid being scammed by some of the girls that work there I wouldn't recommend it.

I have been a loyal customer for almost two years now. I was pulled aside by the new "salon…read moremanager" and was told that the "district manager" had received some complaints about me. Still totally unsure about the complaints as NOT ONE person would tell me what was going on. About a month ago I had to ask one of the employees a question and stuck my head in the back door where she was talking to another employee who was vaping which is against STC policy. Just this past Sunday evening I was made aware that these supposed complaints had been made. So what does the POS "salon manager" and POS " district manager" do? Ohh you might've guessed it, they closed my account to cover up any possibility of them being exposed. Well Brooke, it was Lily that was vaping in the back room and YOU Brooke are an ABSOLUTELY terrible and useless manager who has lost ALL OF THE GOOD, HARDWORKING employees that used to work there that LEFT when they found out YOU were coming in to run the place in the ground. You should really smarten your act up and taking everything you hear as gospel especially from an employee who has only been there for like a month. THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've been looking for a new tanning place and I called to inquire about their packages & pricing for tanning. Before finishing my first sentence, the lady on the phone cut me off and snapped that they're not accepting new clients. I told her "Oh ok, I'm not interested in a stylist though. Just trying to ask about the tanning" and she once again shrieked at me "I just told you we're not accepting any new clients!" I've never heard of a tanning place only offering limited tanning positions to very exclusive clientele. And the rudeness was creepy. Steer clear.

The $10 that my final tan would have cost to fulfill their obligation is gonna be nothing compared to what they lose in social media and bad will. This was a very poor business decision.
