I put a 3 because it's 5 stars for whoever I'd hiring the people who are in sales: my God do they push upcharges. Good on you for finding those people business speaking only! 1 star for disregarding customers who don't want to be upcharged. I was so disappointed about a double coat on my legs after agreeing to the service I said please never again at my next spray tan. Guess what happened? I was explained they had a product to remove bad spray tan. Um...ok so you get me once, then try to sell me again?? The contract is solid upon first glance, but there is a loop hole. I've been to sun tan city first in pooler, GA then Augusta ME and I'll tell you, augusta is by far the worst for customer service. Go down south, ya'll. read more

I don't know what business school the manager graduated from but I went into use my final remaining tan on the program they told me it had expired and I couldn't have it. They have my name, address, fingerprint, and phone number. Why can't they give a customer a call on the phone and tell them their program is going to expire. That would've been smart business. The $10 that my final tan would have cost to fulfill their obligation is gonna be nothing compared to what they lose in social media and bad will. This was a very poor business decision. The manager didn't seem to care because the business is corporate out of Kentucky and they will be hearing from me also. Looking at the reviews they have a problem anyway. read more

Was a customer for over 2 years ...but this place just sucked...old machines that most of the option didn't work in...the music doesn't work in most of them and you have to call them from the parking lot..which is stupid...we were both paying over 60 month for this ...not anymore ..we dumped them and found a local place for half the price...with the latest updated machines that actually have music and we don't have to call from the parking lot every time.... read more

Avoid this place like the plague!!! I was outside of my car feeding my newborn son when a vagrant approached me from behind and asked if I had change, I felt threatened and I had no idea if he had a weapon so I then shut my sons door and open the drives door lock it and give him change he thanks me and walks away. I then see 2 employees walk out and start to look in the direction in where he was walking one old women with brown shoulder length hair says she's going to call the cops to the blonde employee who walked out with he. I think to myself thank goodness they are going to see if I'm ok...but no the go inside and I walk in to ask if they always have issues with homeless people approaching vehicles and the blonde looks at me in surprise and says omg no did that just happen to you the old lady with brown hair avoids eye contact and completely ignores me... I then proceeded to ask isn't that why you two went out to confront him and I get ignored by the brown haired lady and the blond says no she had no idea... at this point I'm just thinking they are trying to act like they don't know to keep calm... I just wanted to tan at that point so as my friend comes out of the tanning bed I tell her what just happened to be and I go tan. I come out of the bed still talking about what happened to my friend because I was so disturbed by this and a police officer comes in and said who's car is that that I'm parked next too... they both say idk and I heard the Brown haired lady call the police So instead of saying me as I'm standing there she says idk so I speak up and I say that's my car we step outside and talk apparently the two employees thought it was a proper assumption to call in a potential drug deal when in reality I'm a mother going out to meet up with a friend to tan and I get accused of drug dealing instead of asking if I'm ok I'm disgusted by the employees here instead of checking to see if the customer is safe u call the cops and feel like such idiots when you hear what really happened that u lie to the officer and say idk when u see me standing right there. These employees need to be fired My new loans I could of been seriously hurt and they could of cared less!!! read more
