She proceeded to put me under a dryer which I thought that's weird I haven't had a perm in years. I also have colored hair so another reason I questioned it. But I felt kinda knew what she was doing. I few days later I texted her on her business page explaining how the top was just limp with not much curl she texted back saying I needed small perm rods to get it to curl I was like no way!!!! So I started to have lots of hair coming out and lots of breakage so I called hair and asked for my money back knowing I would have to cut and do conditioning treatments to revive my hair she literally said know and never offered anything but a hang up. I did cut 4 inches off to be honest I could go shorter she ruined my hair.. I hope anyone that is thinking about going there Don't!!!!! I'm a hairdresser I would never treat my clients in that manner.

When my wife tried to explain to the owner that we have lived in the area, the owner implied that she was a liar, didn't trust her and that she knew and only trusted her current clients. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience. If this business was being run in a larger area, they would surely shutdown in a matter of months.

I was so disappointed about a double coat on my legs after agreeing to the service I said please never again at my next spray tan. Guess what happened? I was explained they had a product to remove bad spray tan. Um...ok so you get me once, then try to sell me again?? The contract is solid upon first glance, but there is a loop hole. I've been to sun tan city first in pooler, GA then Augusta ME and I'll tell you, augusta is by far the worst for customer service. Go down south, ya'll.

They have my name, address, fingerprint, and phone number. Why can't they give a customer a call on the phone and tell them their program is going to expire. That would've been smart business. The $10 that my final tan would have cost to fulfill their obligation is gonna be nothing compared to what they lose in social media and bad will. This was a very poor business decision. The manager didn't seem to care because the business is corporate out of Kentucky and they will be hearing from me also. Looking at the reviews they have a problem anyway.
